Just north of the famous Flagler Beach Pier, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite offers the ideal combination of relaxation, walkability, and beachside charm.

Step outside and you're just across the street from the cinnamon sands of Flagler Beach! Walk from your door to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, boutiques, and nightlife—all just a few blocks away. A car is only needed to fetch provisions—everything else is right here.

Inside the Pelican Suite, you’ll enjoy a comfortable king bedroom, a full kitchen for preparing meals, and a living room with a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed—perfect for additional guests. This is a spacious one-bedroom suite, on the second floor. Please note there is no front-facing view of the Atlantic from this unit. The ocean can be seen from the windows on each side of the structure.

This suite oozes with old Florida character & charm and serves as a terrific home base from which you can launch your Flagler Beach adventures. Frequently Asked Questions

Please remember you are in Florida, where temperatures routinely exceed 90 degrees during the day. If it is over 90 degrees outside, the AC will struggle to cool the house below 75 degrees. Setting the temperature 20 degrees or more below the outside temperature or running it with windows and/or doors open will cause the AC system to run excessively, which may cause the HVAC system to freeze and malfunction.  If this happens, you may incur an additional charge for AC repair and you will not have any AC until the AC company is able to resolve the issue.  Refunds will not be issued.  We recommend keeping blinds and curtains closed during the day to limit light/heat from entering the property.
Please be aware & mindful that there are alligators throughout the fresh water areas of Palm Coast & Flagler Beach. You should assume that there is an alligator in every pond, lake & fresh water river.  Please do not allow small children or dogs near the edge of these fresh water areas.  DO NOT feed or taunt the alligators!
​Many different pests live and thrive in this part of Florida. We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated at least quarterly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare! Manager does not accept liability for unfortunate and seasonal visits of any wildlife including but not limited to rodents, insects, and sea life, and no refund or credit will be given related to such unforeseen events.

Tree Frogs & Lizards are also indigenous to our tropical climate and will be around all of our properties. These are good for the environment and are not anything that we treat for!  You may find the occasional one has gotten into the property and not made it out - or has gotten in and is hopping around. There is nothing wrong with this - it is part of our local environment.  

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after! 
 
Where Applicable: For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 80 pounds or follow posted weight limit restrictions.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: Our properties are protected by Truvi, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. A picture ID is required. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

SEX OFFENDER OR SEXUAL PREDATOR CERTIFICATION 
By booking this property, the guest certifies that neither they nor any person within their booking party is a registered sex offender or registered sexual predator. This certification is required in accordance with city regulations. If any background check confirms that any individual within the booking party is a registered sex offender or sexual predator, all guests will be immediately evicted from the property without refund.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Unauthorized early check-in will incur a fee of $50 per half hour. Guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time (or the approved late check-out time if granted in writing by the Manager). Failure to do so authorizes the Manager to charge the credit card on file—or deduct from the security deposit—a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental or $50 per half hour, whichever is greater. In addition, all occupants may be subject to eviction, and personal belongings may be removed from the property.
 
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on premises. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found.

PET POLICY
No pets are permitted at this property. If evidence of a pet is found on-site or in the unit without prior written approval, you will be required to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.

The Homeowner and Manager assume no responsibility for any illness or injury to pets or humans on the premises. The behavior and supervision of any unauthorized pet is solely the responsibility of the Tenant or pet owner.  

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity per listing description, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

CONSTRUCTION
iTrip nor the Owner is not responsible and is not in control of any actions of other adjacent property owners. No refunds will be given for adjacent construction noise or inconvenience. 
 
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for the temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, internet, telephone service or pool heating. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.

HOLD HARMLESS
Liability Waiver and Force Majeure Clause
iTrip and the Owner are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property. We also assume no responsibility for inconveniences, delays, or damages caused by temporary utility outages (water, gas, electricity, internet, etc.), maintenance issues, or the unavailability of amenities due to circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure"). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
There will be no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or cancellations due to weather.
By choosing to stay at the property, you and all occupants agree to release and hold harmless iTrip and the Owner from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your stay, regardless of cause, including negligence. You further agree to indemnify iTrip and the Owner from any claims brought by other occupants related to your actions during the stay. Acceptance of these terms is required to occupy the property.

CANDLES, FIREWORKS, HAIR DYE, GLITTER, CONFETTI, STAINING SUBSTANCES
Guests are strictly prohibited from using candles, fireworks, hair dye, fabric dye, glitter, confetti, self-tanning products, or any other staining substances inside the property. These items can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, furniture, flooring, and fixtures. Any stains or damage caused by such materials will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges. Any use of glitter or confetti will result in a minimum of $300 for additional cleaning. Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming home for all guests.

BBQ GRILL (where applicable)
Guests acknowledge they shall not leave the bbq grill unattended while in use to include heating the grill up. Any damage to the grill due to it being left unattended will result in a replacement charge of $300. Guests acknowledge they are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use. Failure to clean the grill will result in a $25 charge.

BUNK BED LIABILITY WAIVER
Tenant acknowledges that the property includes bunk beds, which are used at the Tenant’s and guests’ own risk. The top bunk has a weight limit of 100 pounds or posted weight limit. Use beyond this limit is not permitted and may result in injury or damage.
Tenant assumes full responsibility for all use of the bunk beds and surrounding area. If children are present, Tenant agrees to supervise them at all times and accept full responsibility for their safety.
iTrip and the Owner are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of the bunk beds. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iTrip and the Owner for any injury or claim related to bunk bed use by Tenant or their guests.
By proceeding with the reservation, Tenant accepts these terms and assumes all risks.
 
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, internet connection, and stereos.
 
PARKING
Parking at or on the premises is limited (see listing description). No boats, jet skis, trailers, or RVs. If there are more than the allowed cars or there are unauthorized vehicles of any kind at or on the Premises, the Owner and/or the Owner’s Agent may tow or have the extra cars and/or unauthorized vehicles towed without notice at the Tenant’s sole expense.
 
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES/FURNITURE
Linens & towels are provided. Excessive Stains, Damage or loss of the Linens will result in a $50 Charge.  An initial supply of paper products is provided. There is a $50 fee to restage the house if furniture is moved around and not returned to its original place.

LOST & FOUND
Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 

SUSCRIBE TO TEXT COMMUNICATION
By booking, Guest provides consent to receive text communication from iTrip relating to your reservation.  Guests can opt out of this text communication at any time by following specified opt out at any time.
We utilize third party professional service companies for the provision of Handyman Services, A/C & Heating Repair, Pest Control, Wildlife Removal, Plumbing Repair, Pool & Hot Tub Service, Electrical Repairs, Appliance Repairs and any other repair or maintenance of a technical or specialist nature.  We only used trusted, reputable professional service companies to assess, repair and replace equipment that needs attention. We will work with them to get the first available service appointment. Due to many companies experiencing staffing shortages it can be a challenge to get fast, timely service. Rest assured we will do our best to resolve issues quickly and our service providers understand our need for fast, reliable care.  Due to the global supply crunch, parts and even replacement units may not be available which can be frustrating. Please be patient as we work hard behind the scenes to make small miracles happen on a daily basis!

Guests are not authorized to perform, schedule or coordinate any repairs to anything at the property during their stay. No one may perform any maintenance work on the home without our specific permission in writing. 
The person who makes the reservation must be over 25 years old and must be present during the entire stay.   A mobile number must be provided where we can contact the primary renter at all times. If code enforcement call us with any issues we need to be able to contact someone onsite with 60 minutes to address any issues or you may be liable for any fines imposed by the local government. 

We recommend adding a second mobile number to your account to make sure we can contact someone at all times. This second number may also be used to receive door codes in the event the first phone dies or is left in the unit. 
When you bring in all of your groceries and load up the refrigerator it is going to take time to cool everything back down. Make sure you do not block the vent that brings in the air-flow.  The more full the refrigerator is the harder it is to keep everything cool.  It needs unrestricted air-flow and circulation to be able to keep everything to the appropriate temperature.  Once you put everything in please wait a minimum of four hours before reaching out that there is an issue.

Location, Location, Location. This Condo has great views of the Ocean. I loved getting up in the morning and sipping coffee and watching the sun come up! We walked over to the beach several times a day, and used the boogie boards and chairs from the condo. The kitchen was furnished very nicely. New stove and microwave, and a great refrigerator. We were able to cook the meals we wanted. We even used the charcoal grill and sat next to the propane fire pit in the evenings. We loved being able to walk to the downtown and sites when we wanted. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer.

So glad I went with ITrip for my vacation booking. Grant was super nice and easy to work with. He got us set up in a perfect Bombora Suites Condo in Flagler Beach for a 40th birthday party. The location was everything. The beach ramp was right at our front door, the bars and restaurant were in walking distance, and the owner of the condo is super friendly and chill. It was exactly what we were expecting and we couldn't be happier.

Beautiful Ocean Views - Perfect Vacation Rental

I rented the Jr Suite to celebrate my 30th birthday with my husband and another couple we are friends with, the pictures and description did not disappoint. There were three beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The suite was spotless upon arrival and we had everything we needed (beach towels included). The suite boasts an open floor plan, full kitchen, dining area, a pull out couch with a brand new and comfortable mattress. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and I slept like a rock! It's in a quiet section and all I could hear were the faint sounds of crashing waves from across the street. The beach is directly across the street and is absolutely breathtaking, you would think it was a private beach due to the limited beach goers. It seems like you can walk forever with no end of the beach in sight. Not only was our stay at Bombora impeccable, but you are within walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, corner stores, and coffee shops. Everything you could need is within a 10 minute walk.

Wonderful space, nicely decorated, very clean, pictures accurate. Close to beach access. No ocean view but the real thing is only steps away! Great restaurants un walking distance. We also rented the lower larger unit (903) as we had 9 in our group and it worked out beautifully! Manager and owner very responsive and accommodating. Have no fear in renting this place!

Easy access to everything! Park your car for the length of your stay. The beach is right across the street with a walk over. Walk to all kinds of shopping and entertainment. Excellent local restaurants and bars. Very, very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and relaxed. Great outdoor area looking at ocean to enjoy the ocean breezes. This is THE premier location in Flagler Beach!

This is such a relaxing rental to stay at! Access to the beach is right across the street and so many cute shops and restaurants to try within walking distance. When you step outside, there is a lovely patio with some coverage if you prefer shade and an awesome fire pit to enjoy in the evening. The unit has a full kitchen and large bar area to entertain company. The beds are super comfy which means everything to me. There is a place to grill on the patio which is right outside the living room area. We will definitely visit this rental again in the near future!

Located right across the street from the beach, it was so convenient and had amazing views! Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was great. Our room was spotless and we were provided plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and bars along A1A. Grocery shopping, Target, liquor stores all close by. Very quiet at night and beds were so comfy. The beautiful patio in front had plenty of chairs and the fire pit was great to sit around at night. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Highly recommend if traveling to the Flagler Beach area!

Upon arrival at Bombora we checked ourselves in with new electronic locks (nice touch). Rooms were obviously recently renovated and redecorated. Our kitchen had every appliance you could need! My wife loved how clean and bright the bathrooms were. The views are incredible and the beach access is right across the street!! We barely used our car the whole week because the bars and restaurants are all so close by. So many to choose from within a mile or so! Spent the nights on the patio at Bombora with the fire pit going and the live music from local spots can be clearly heard. 10/10 would recommend and will return!
