Welcome to The Pikes Peak View Penthouse, a spacious, pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment with sweeping mountain views, a private deck, a gas fireplace, and a dedicated game room.

Located at San Ayre Court between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, the penthouse places guests within minutes of Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and many of the Pikes Peak region’s most popular attractions.

THE SPACE

The penthouse occupies the upper level of the property and is accessed by a private exterior staircase at the rear of the building.

At the top of the stairs, guests enter through a private deck with outdoor seating and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It is an ideal place to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax after a day of exploring Colorado Springs.
