Welcome to The Pikes Peak View Penthouse—a spacious, pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment with sweeping mountain views, a private deck, cozy gas fireplace, full kitchen, game room, and dedicated workspace.

Located at San Ayre Court between historic Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, the penthouse places you minutes from Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, restaurants, shops, and the Pikes Peak region’s best attractions.

Perfect for families, couples, friends, traveling professionals, and extended stays, the penthouse accommodates up to four guests.

THE SPACE

The penthouse occupies the upper level and is reached by a private exterior staircase. At the top, guests enter through a private mountain-view deck with outdoor seating—an ideal place for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring.

The open living and dining area includes:

* Gas fireplace

* Six-person dining table

* Bar area with glassware

* Large windows and mountain views

KITCHEN

The full kitchen includes:

* Full-size refrigerator

Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM

The penthouse sleeps four guests in two private bedrooms:

* Bedroom Two: queen bed and mountain views

The full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, double-sink vanity, and fresh towels.

WORKSPACE AND GAME ROOM

A dedicated workspace with a standing desk and high-speed Wi-Fi makes the penthouse comfortable for remote work, temporary assignments, and longer stays.

The separate game room features an arcade-style basketball game for children and adults. A nearby relaxation nook offers additional space for reading or unwinding.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES

A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for guests traveling with a baby or toddler. The full kitchen, bathtub, separate bedrooms, game room, and shared laundry facilities make the penthouse especially convenient for families.

PET-FRIENDLY

Pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $40 per pet. Please include all pets on the reservation so the correct fee can be applied.

Guests must supervise their pets, clean up after them, prevent excessive noise or damage, and follow all property pet rules. Pets may not be left unattended unless safely crated.

Event schedules may change, so please confirm details with organizers.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire penthouse, including both bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area, workspace, game room, private deck, and private entrance.

The penthouse and deck are private. The parking area, backyard, laundry facilities, vending machine, and other exterior spaces may be shared with guests staying in San Ayre Court’s other accommodations.

GOOD TO KNOW

Guests must climb a full exterior flight of stairs to reach the penthouse. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.

San Ayre Court is located along West Colorado Avenue, so guests may occasionally hear traffic or notice road activity outside.
