Because the Meadow Room is a compact studio with one queen bed, it is best suited for two adults or a small family traveling with a young child. Maximum occupancy is two guests.
PET-FRIENDLY COLORADO STAYS
Bring your furry companion along for your Colorado Springs adventure. San Ayre Court offers convenient access to parks, trails, and outdoor recreation throughout the Westside, Manitou Springs, and the Garden of the Gods area.
Pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $40 per pet. Please include all pets on the reservation so the correct fee can be applied. Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless safely crated.

Guests have completely private access to the Meadow Room and receive a personalized smart-lock entry code before arrival.
Contactless check-in and checkout allow guests to arrive independently after the designated check-in time. The laundry facilities, vending machine, outdoor area, and portions of the property may be shared with guests staying in other San Ayre Court accommodations.
On-call assistance is available 24 hours a day throughout your stay.
