This wonderful single level three bedroom lake house is a perfect blend of coastal amenities. Sitting just up from the banks of Miles Lake you are one of two homes on this private lake with your own beach access. Whether you choose to paddle board, play in the lake, enjoy the fire-pit or just relax in and enjoy the sites you will love every moment here.

The three bedroom home is comfortable and cozy with new décor throughout. It is meant to be a laid back family oriented retreat for all ages with pets as well! As you enter you will notice a fantastic open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The primary bedroom is to the lift with an en-suite bathroom and large closet with a desk if you need to get away for a bit of work. The other two bedrooms share another full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary enjoyment. The BBQ is set up and ready to go for your grilling desires. It sits on the back patio with additional seating and surrounded by trees and foliage. Further outside towards the back of the home sits the firepit and additional seating. Beyond there, is the path leading down to your own private sandy beach at the edge of the lake.

Without a doubt this is the perfect location to pop over for some fun at the beach, relax on the lake, enjoy the fire-pit, or any of the other amenities in and around this delightful home. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

**Information** This is a stocked private fishing lake. Fishing is allowed by guests and most fish caught are lake trout averaging 12" to 15".

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this home. It is quiet, beautiful and close to beaches. The home is well equipped with all of the essentials! It was clean upon arrival. We loved quietly paddle boarding around the lake and saw a lot of birds, salamanders, frogs and a bald eagle. We only had myself, my husband and our two kiddos but there is definitely room for larger families! We will most likely stay here again at some point.

We stayed at the property with our adult kids for four nights in August 2021. It was a truly wonderful place! The house is sparkling clean, everything is given so much thought including the decor and household items. There was not a single time that we needed something and it was not there. We LOVED the lake! Peaceful, private, beautiful! The sand beach! The bald eagles! We even caught two fish! The kayaks and the paddleboards (as well as lifejackets) were there and we used them every day of our stay. We did not want to go home. We actually wanted to extend our stay but it was already rented. We also loved the super-fast way of communication with the property management. We are DEFINITELY coming back but for a longer stay in the future. Thank you so much for all the memories we are going to cherish.

We rented the Lake House last minute when our rental in Washington State was unavailable due to the fires. Along with our son, his fiancé and her parents we enjoyed the spacious home and especially the lake and water sports equipment -- kayaks, paddle boards and canoes! The home was very clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, cleaning products and kitchen equipment. Although there was a misty rain throughout our stay, we still were able to sneak in walks on the beach and climb the sand dune as well as enjoying the water sports. We all love to cook so we enjoyed all of our meals at home and were pleased with the kitchen equipment as well as the new gas grill. One issue was that the house was not well marked and we were a bit upset when we saw construction equipment at the house next door which we thought was the rental. Fortunately the workmen told us to check out the house next door which was Lake House Unit 2 though there was a different address on the side by the garage. I suggest a sign "Lake House 2" on the road to direct future renters.

I am so happy you enjoyed your stay! Yeah, the house next door will be renovated soon, so there were some contractors looking at it.
