Upon entering this lovely home, you’re welcomed into the open living area that has room for everyone, with two extra-large sofas and seating areas for spending time together. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked to prepare and enjoy meals with your group. In addition to the full-sized appliances, extras include a Keurig coffee station, hot chocolate, waffle maker, crock pot and blender. Stocked essentials include coffee, creamers, sweet and savory snacks, a variety of condiments and cooking supplies, along with a starter package of waffle mix and syrup so you don’t have to make a trip to the grocery store until after breakfast!
This home’s layout comfortably sleeps 8 guests with three bedrooms, including the Master suite, with King bed, sofa (not a pull-out) and ensuite bath; a Queen guest room shares a Jack & Jill bath with the third bedroom; the third bedroom has two bunk beds (twin mattresses on top and full size mattresses on bottom).
Start your day enjoying coffee on the private deck off the kitchen; when you’re ready to relax after a day exploring Chattanooga, take in the sunset and mountain views from the front porch swing. This peaceful home is a slice of heaven in the heart of this special community!

Parking – There is ample street parking, a small private drive to the left of the home, and a private drive in the back.
DOGS are allowed and welcomed at The Swallowtail; must be leashed when outdoors (back yard is spacious, but not fenced). Food & water bowls and waste bags are provided. NO CATs are allowed.
A Security Camera is in the top corner of the back deck facing the back yard.
While the Fireplace is shown in the pictures, it is not operational.
