-Please keep in mind this is a second floor condo. There is a unit below this AND above it.

-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.

-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

Registered Guests must be 25 years or age or older
Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
No Student Groups, Weddings, or Parties
No more than 4x Minors per adult
No Smoking Permitted
Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

This was a nice place with 3 bedrooms. The balcony is delightful and they have nice outdoor seating. Be aware that you get 2 parking spots. Very nice!

Amazing location, easy beach access, gorgeous beach view from large deck and walking distance to restaurants and activities. The home itself is set up with 3 bedrooms, TVs in all and sliders to balcony in all 3. Nice kitchen - awesome ice maker in refrigerator! Communication with property management was excellent. We stayed at Easy Breezy at Carolina Beach over the Labor Day weekend 2025. The condo was clean and provided all the amenities we expected. The beach was a 30 second walk from the condo and was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Nice condo with great ocean view, comfortable beds, basic supplies for kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Easy walk to the beach. Pool is right below the porch. Met some nice people while swimming in the pool.

This was our second Easy Breezy stay.—2 couples and 2 children. We love the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, but our favorite spot was the deck overlooking the ocean! We loved our sunset cruise and visit to the Fort Fisher Museum—highly recommend both!

Easy Breezy is a well-equipped, roomy 3 bedroom condo. Breathtaking ocean views from second floor balcony. Refrigerator condensation and beach access difficult to navigate are the only complaints about the property. Not sure if I’d travel back to the area as Carolina Beach didn’t seem to be my family’s vibe.

We loved our stay at Easy Breezy! Tomorrow we end a fabulous 4 night stay at the 3 bedroom Easy Breezy condo. Great ocean access not even crowded around the July 4 holiday. Spacious quarters, access to grocery delivery, walking distance to excellent restaurants and the boardwalk, lovely ocean view balcony with a large table,. We had access to beach chairs and toys, a large beach umbrella, and float boards. The pool was lovely! When we reported an issue with no hot water, hosts responded quickly to remedy the issue. Parking was never an issue. We’ll be back!

The rental unit was super clean and organized and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and great deck furniture to enjoy. The kitchen was unusually well stocked with gadgets and appliances. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets available. ITrip folks were prompt to help when the door lock didn’t work because of a wiring/battery issue and otherwise responsive Parking is funky once the building starts filling up because 2 cars (unrelated) share one parking lane - it wasn’t an issue for us but you could easily get stuck if the owner of the car behind you didn’t leave a phone number or wasn’t paying attention to their phone (like, playing in the ocean!). We would stay here again!

The unit was clean and well maintained. It was actually much roomier than we had envisioned from the photos. The deck had plenty of room and seating. This unit has very easy beach access and is within walking distance of the boardwalk. Itrip was easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay at the Easy Breezy. The view from the condo is great. The condo was clean and had been updated recently. We also enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach and pool. It is also very close to the board walk, the teenagers loved to walk down there. No need to drive, since it is only 3 blocks away.

The condo was beautiful and roomy, the pool was nice and convenient and of course the ocean views were perfect. The large balcony was great for stashing all of the kids' beach and pool toys. My only complaint, which is no one's fault, is the parking situation. You have to park 2 and 3 deep, 1 day we needed to get out and the people parked behind us wouldn't answer their phone or door so we couldn't get out. Thankfully the boardwalk is an easy walk so we were able to go to dinner, just not at the place we originally planned.

The property was as described and very clean and ready to enjoy. Had a nice deck with great furniture. The beach access is right out the door and a great sandy beach. We had one slow drain the first night and they came to take care of it right away the next morning. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful view of the ocean! The deck was fabulous and we enjoyed the ocean and beach view. The access to the beach is very easy and convenient. Rooms are nicely decorated and included extra pillows and blankets, hangers, etc. Very comfortable!

Easy Breezy was the perfect condo for our family getaway. Excellent location, wonderful views, well-stocked kitchen. We were traveling with a baby and we appreciated that there was plenty of open space in the living room and dining room for crawling around. Easy Breezy was a wonderful oceanfront condo and the perfect place for our family to relax for a few days and enjoy time with my Grand baby. The condo was clean, and well equipped. The view was amazing and we watched the sun rise from the private deck each morning. Communication was good with this small family Buisness. Check in was good. The only issue I had was the steps up to the condo and the parking situation. I did have to call someone to move their vehicle to let me out one day. They came promptly but I can see where it might be an issue if someone didn’t answer their phone and you needed to be somewhere. Neither of these situations are the owners problem as they told about both on their site before I booked. I only say this in case you have knee and back issues as I do. Other than that, it was a great place.

The customer service at iTrip is outstanding; very accommodating, very responsive, and very professional. The condo we rented was exactly like the photos, very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed to make the vacation worry-free. The little 'extras' that were provided were much appreciated; little bags of toiletries, little bags of coffee & condiments, little bags of laundry products, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessities! These are the 'special' touches that very few rentals have provided over the past 25+ years that we have been vacationing in CB & KB. No detail was overlooked, to include a Happy Birthday sign made for one of our family members! :) The only negative, and I do mean ONLY, is that we were on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building. The renters in the upstairs unit walked/stomped like Godzilla throughout the days and late into the nights, to include allowing their children to run/stomp back and forth throughout the entire length of the unit at all hours of the day/night. This made it difficult for us to thoroughly enjoy every aspect. Next time we will ensure that a top-floor unit is booked. The weather during our week couldn't have been more perfect! Not a single drop of rain the entire time we were there. We will definitely book with iTrip again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was super clean and well stocked. Easy access to the beach and pool. We were within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants, beach shops and convenience stores. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It actually had more supplies than I expected. Communication was also very good. For our family vacation it was what we needed. If we return to Carolina Beach we would definitely stay at Easy Breezy again.

Spent a few days here with family! Everything was amazing! The condo was so nice and very clean, with a great view of the ocean! It’s located close to a lot of restaurants and shops! My only complaint is that the parking arrangements are a little frustrating. With that said, this condo will stay on my list of favorites and we will be booking again in the future!

This was a great place. The condo was great and provided linens and a few other supplies, it felt like a bit of home at the beach. The oceanfront view was great and the beach was never crowded. The location was great as we were within walking distance of many restaurants. It was a wonderful experience!

This place was great. Check-in was easy and just as described. Looks just like we thought, no surprises or funny angles to get good pics. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of household items for our quick stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There were only 4 of us, so there was plenty room to spread out. The views were amazing, and we appreciated the large ocean front deck/balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed our beach get-away.

The location is unbeatable. The condo has a beautiful ocean view, and is so close to everything: shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, and of course steps away from the beach. We had a comfortable stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were a lot of small amenities like dishes, hair dryer, soap, cleaning products, plastic ware, etc. We loved our stay, and we will definitely consider staying here again for our next vacation.
