-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 40 pounds): A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. Hypoallergenic dogs are best. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a Pack N' Play (provided).

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

We had 6 adults and 2 small children stay at the property for a 4day weekend. The house was clean, modern, had plenty of sleeping space, and the location was perfect. Communication with property mgmt was easy and never an issue. We rented a golf cart during our stay which I highly recommend. It made getting to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants very easy. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and then relaxing on all the couch space in the family room. I highly recommend this property and we definitely hope to come back!

We had a great time at Breezy Goin. The house is beautiful, great location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars to accommodate everyone's taste. The management staff was great. They came by to show us how to use the elevator and responded quickly to a request to spray bees nests. The house would benefit from some towel hook and rods in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry and some more silverware in the kitchen. They do need to replace the gas grill as it is unsafe to use.

Overall the house was pretty nice and in a great location off of the main strip. But it could use a few things. For example there are no racks in any of the bathrooms to hang towels on. The beds were very comfortable, but the bedding could use an upgrade, especially the blankets/quilts. The grill worked fine, but the interior was all rusted out. One of the outdoor tables was very rusty as well.

We had a beautiful family vacation at Breezy Goin even though there was a tropical storm one day! Great communication with the hosts and easy access to the house. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the spacious open room and the well-stocked kitchen. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the kitchen is well-stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed coffee int he morning on the large deck and after a day at the beach, appreciated the outdoor shower and the outdooor space to relax and watch a movie together. Breezy Goin is far enough away to offer quiet and privacy while still close enough to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants! We absolutely loved staying here!

This gorgeous house was perfect for our late summer getaway! The rooms were spacious and luxurious and we made use of both desks to get a little work done between trips to the beach and all the amazing restaurants Carolina Beach has to offer. Recently my family vacationed in Carolina Beach and stayed in Breezin Goin. It was 7 of us and we had a great time. My mom is 85 years young and although she is still very mobile at times the elevator was needed. It definitely helped with getting luggage and food in and out of the home. We are definitely planning on returning next year. The entire process was non complicated and not at all stressful. The home was beautiful and the amenities were very modern. I loved the periodic communication via text message or emails from the owners. The location was perfect as well. Again our family enjoyed the house and will be returning and hopefully renting a larger home with a swimming pool.

We had a really nice time at Breezy Goin on Carolina Beach. The house was very cozy and spacious and a short walk to the beach. We loved the large wrap around porch. It’s located at the north end which was more laid back and quiet which we appreciated. There were a couple small issues with one of the bathrooms and the refrigerator. However, people were sent out quickly to see about the issues and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.

The week at Breezy goin was just what we needed. We booked this due to location and amenities. It’s close to beach while giving you a view of the bay. The best part of the home was the elevator. This house was perfect for our weekend with our adult children! I appreciated the fantastic communication regarding check in and check out, and the notebook inside the home covered all my questions regarding the beautiful home and local amenities. The home had a very open floor plan and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with large closets. We loved enjoying our coffee in the morning on the beautiful front porch and enjoyed having the outdoor sitting area in the garage as well! Me and my friends and family had a great time at Breezy goin!!. We loved the property It was so big and beautiful, we all had plenty of rooms and our own beds. The kitchen was amazing as we cooked a lot including on the grill. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!! My family just spent the week at this lovely beach home. My mom, AKA Nana, has lots of trouble walking up steps. So, the elevator was an amazing addition to our overall experience. We came in town 10 guys and had a phenomenal time. Sleeps 10 pretty comfortably and the place is really nice and updated. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and outdoor porch and entertainment space. A quick walk to the beach as well. We did rent a golf cart to help make trips back and forth easier for carrying stuff but not a necessity. Highly recommend

We just got back from a fantastic trip to Carolina Beach. The house was immaculate. All members of the family loved hanging out on the deck at the front of the house. The decor was very casual and calming. The appliances all worked great. All sinks are at a great height for adults, but if you have little ones you should bring step stools for them. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. Restaurants and entertainment were also very close by car or golf cart. The elevator was perfect for elderly guests and helping bring up and down the heavier luggage.

From the moment I booked until the minute I left the house I had the best experience with booking this home. Not only was the booking part seamlessly easy, but the immediate response I would get from my contact person whenever I text her was the best! I asked for recommendations while there and any questions I had were answered right away. The house matched the description that was represented online. The house was beautiful, everything was new and clean and it was stocked with many supplies for any activity that I needed to do. This made things much easier for me since it was my first time in North Carolina, not knowing the area very well. It was myself and my three children. My kids absolutely LOVED the bunk beds! The front porch was relaxing for my morning coffee. The beach is about a block away and the area is so quiet and peaceful. Watching television at night outside was awesome… perfect for a movie night! I can’t wait to go back again soon!

We stayed at Breezy going for 5 nights and we loved it. The house is spacious and clean with modern interior, lovely terrace and nice little backyard. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The design and atmosphere of the house is very relaxing. Roomy parking area and outdoor shower is great too. It’s about 5 mins waking to the beach, and about 5 mins driving to cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. We will stay in this place again.

Beautiful new house! Wonderful view of the boats and inlet and a short walk to the beach. The deck is outstanding to relax after a day at the beach or while grilling out. Should have booked a golf cart in advance as they were sold out a week before we got there. You don’t need one for the three block beach walk but would have been nice to drive up to the boardwalk that has rides, games and an arcade that the kids loved! The garage was also really cool to hangout in with a shower and couch area and TV. Only suggestions since it is literally a brand new house would be a Keurig in the kitchen, speakers on the porch, and an extra trash can outside. Also the builder didn’t connect the outdoor shower and hose correctly. The hose only works if the shower is turned on.

We had such a wonderful vacation at our rental on Carolina Beach!! The customer service was amazing. They checked on us throughout our stay and answered questions promptly. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. I’ll always use this company when we visit this area again. Much appreciation to Madison and the group for taking such good care of us during our stay!!
