Enter the home through a sunlight filled hallway as you approach the living room where you're greeted with a beautiful light and airy coastal decor, large screen TV, and a few family games. Make your way around to the spacious open kitchen with updated modern appliances and all the comforts of home. Large dining room with table and seating for six. Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom containing large walk-in shower. Oversized walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master lead to the outdoor patio and fenced in private large back yard. On the opposite side of the home, you will find two comfortably appointed guest rooms each with Queen bed and custom closets. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway between the guest rooms. Inside the garage you will find the washer and dryer along with beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler all for guest use and a cornhole game you are welcome to set up on the back patio and use during your stay. Relax in the Hot Tub, enjoy a cook-out on the bar-b-q grill and dine at the outdoor table while overlooking the many fruit trees planted on the property. This is the perfect place to call home and enjoy a rejuvenating vacation.

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away ( 4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15–20-minute drive. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
4—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
5—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
6—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
7—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
8—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.

This is a fantastic property. Conveniently located and a close 10 min drive to Anna Marie island. We loved the fact that he house is beautifully decorated and updated. The property really stands out in comparison to most in the area. There are beautiful fruit trees planted in the yard and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The management were very responsive as well. We will definitely be back soon.
