Step outside to your private heated pool and spa surrounded by a fully fenced tropical backyard with lounge seating and plenty of room to unwind after a beach day. During warmer months, guests can also add the optional pool chiller upgrade for refreshing summer swims even on the hottest Florida afternoons. (Chiller add on is $35 plus tax per day)
Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept layout with designer coastal finishes, luxury plank tile flooring, and a spacious chef’s kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, oversized island seating, and everything needed for cooking meals at home. There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away ( 4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15–20-minute drive. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
4—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
5—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
6—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
7—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
8—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided. There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
13-Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of 200.00 plus tax. This will be requested as an additional fee after booking.
14-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
15-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
16-No Dogs allowed in pools- this causes special cleaning and filter change. If this is found there will be a $300 Fee
