THE SPACE

The open-concept floor plan flows from the fully equipped kitchen and dining bar through the living space and into a partially divided sleeping area — a privacy wall separating the two spaces just enough to make the studio feel like two distinct rooms.

The living area is anchored by oversized leather reclining furniture — the kind of seating that makes it genuinely hard to get up — paired with a large wall-mounted TV with cable. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto the screened balcony, where a pair of comfortable club-style chairs invite you to slow down, sip something cold, and drink in that unobstructed Gulf view. There's no better seat in the house for sunset hour.

The sleeping area features a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, with a second wall-mounted TV with cable so you can watch from bed without disturbing the living space. The privacy wall creates a genuinely restful atmosphere — quiet, calm, and removed from the main living area.

The full bathroom offers an oversized, fully tiled walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for easy meal prep and enjoyable dining in throughout your stay.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all at your fingertips. Doc's Restaurant is directly across the street — a local institution for beachside dining — and Coconut Jack's Waterfront Restaurant is right next door to Building 5.

On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
