This home offers an incredible location combined with style and comfort. Sitting just a couple minutes walk from the Quatama MAX stop, you can take the light rail to anywhere in the region. Intel, Nike, Planar, and countless other companies are just minutes away.

Downstairs has a wonderful open floor plan that the whole group can enjoy. The dining room table can expand to seat about 10 people and the cover can be flipped over to green felt for games. In back you can enjoy the enclosed back space with seating and the BBQ. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy seasonally as well.

Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms with new beds and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time. There are two full bathrooms one of which is the master bath and the other sits conveniently near the other three bedrooms.

The convenience of this location is unparalleled. You are just a couple minutes from multiple grocery stores. There are tons of shopping options at the Streets of Tannasbourne. If you enjoy golf, check out Pumpkin Ridge, The Reserve Golf Club, or Topgolf. Sitting just two miles from the freeway you can be anywhere in the region with ease. This is a wonderful home to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

If you are renting the home "Alberta Villa" located in the Heart of Alberta Arts District, the following rules also apply:
Maximum occupancy has a hard cap at 8. We cannot make exceptions for any reason.
"Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.

The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.

Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation."

Our stay at the 219 house was fantastic. The house is spacious, well furnished, and proximity to stores in Beaverton was perfect. The layout of the house provides both privacy and socialization at the same time! The gameroom was fun as well. Communication with the management was easy, timely, and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our extended family. Game room was great for the kids to have a place to get away to. Location was excellent and we took advantage of being able to walk to the Max line and ride to the Colosseum for a hockey game. Parking is a bit tricky if you have more than two cars.

The house was amazing, extremely spacious and comfortable. It had a playpen and high chair for my granddaughter. The garage was set up as a game room which had a ping pong table and foosball. We had an amazing time in Oregon. Thank you and I highly recommend this house.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at 229. The house is very spacious and clean. We were in town for my sons’ wedding. The location was perfect. Too. It was on the same street as my son’s house, about 9 houses away.

We had a wonderful stay for a week. The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the train to Portland. The owners were very responsive when we had trouble with the refrigerator. They brought a cooler and ice for us to use and managed to find a repairman to come the next day to repair the refrigerator. It was amazing that they could find one that fast. It is nice to rent from people who care about their renters and will make sure that they have a nice stay. If we ever return to the area, we will certainly try to rent gain.

The 229 provided ample space for our family of seven which ranged from infants teens and preteens and adults. The stair gates provided for a blessing for the baby. The Ping pong table provided hours of fun for the teens. Would definitely recommend for any stay. The only downfall is I found myself doing more laundry than I should have because the towels provided very limited especially for a family of seven...

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom home. It was a great layout, well appointed (everything we needed was onsite) and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking.

We enjoyed the house. We didn’t get the chance to stay in the house since we were busy with family activities for a short period of time. The house is clean. It has a small back yard with grill. There’s no view as the fence is pretty close to the house. There are lots of towels. There one tv with limited channels. There is no DVD player. Plenty of board games.

We rented this house for a bunch of family coming in to town for my son's wedding. The location was very convenient and the house was great.
