With three bedrooms—each featuring its own private bathroom, including two ensuite suites—everyone can spread out comfortably after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Start your mornings with coffee on the large screened-in porch surrounded by the sounds of nature, then spend your afternoons cruising to South Beach or the market in one of the two included golf carts (a 6-seater and a 4-seater). The home’s central location makes it easy to enjoy shops, dining, and island adventures while still feeling tucked away and private.

This dog-friendly retreat also features a fully fenced yard so your four-legged family members can safely enjoy the island too. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the outdoor griddle for dinner, or unwind with fresh herbs from the seasonal garden.

Guests will appreciate the spacious kitchen, beach gear, bicycles, and thoughtful extras that make vacation easy and comfortable. Temporary BHI Club and golf access are also available for purchase for those looking to enjoy golf, pools, dining, and more during their stay.

Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so all you need to do is arrive, settle in, and start enjoying island life.

-Bald Head Island Club Lifestyle Memberships are available for purchase. Golf access is available for extra fees with the Membership; Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to review their NEW rules & fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

-NO SMOKING allowed at this property.

-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee for 2 dogs is $350. Please note: Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, sofa or beds.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Dundee's is a comfortable, no frills, pet friendly cottage in a great location with a fenced yard. It is not a luxury home, and the rate reflects that. Please note that refunds aren’t issued for expectations of higher-end features or finishes.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

-This home has exterior security cameras for your safety

-Shoals Club is not included with the rental of this home.
