This 1 level, four bedroom luxury condo, located in the heart of Avon, is a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants.

This home features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room. Take advantage of the spacious deck featuring lounge seating for 5. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances has everything you need. Dine in or entertain at the roomy dining table with seating for 8 guests. Relax in the modern living room furnished with ample seating, flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace.

To the left of the kitchen will be the Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2. The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and private balcony with lounge seating. The Ensuite Bath features a double vanity and huge walk-in shower with two shower heads. Guest Bedroom 2 features 2 Queen Beds, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and Tub/Shower Combination.

To the right of the kitchen is Guest Bedroom 3 and the Bunk Room. Guest Bedroom 3 features 2 queen beds, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. The Bunk Room features two Twin over Queen Bunk Beds, Large TV with Cable, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

A Washer and Dryer is available for Guests Use in the building, but not in the unit itself. Laundry Facility is located on the same floor near the elevator vestibule and requires coin or an app is available via a smart phone.

Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. Wonderful Large 4BR Condo

The condo at 605 was perfect for our needs. Although the building is a bit dated, the condo is completely renovated. Kitchen is fully stocked. 4 large BR and bathrooms. Management team was very helpful and promptly responded to our inquiries. Easy walking distance to the gondola.

Had a great stay at this cute condo in Avon. Spacious and has everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your family. Great location walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, recreation center, and Nottingham Park. Cute liquor store in building with amazing selection of fine wines. Lots of beautiful walking trails along the river. Close and convenient drive to Beaver Creek, Vail, and Edward’s.
