The check-in was seamless, and the unit was clean and ready for our stay. The condo was decorated with updated decor, furniture appeared newer, and closets had lights that turned on when doors open (nice touch). There were additional bedding items, like blankets. The patio furniture was sturdy and had two rockers and a couple small tables for drinks, which we used to watch the beautiful sunsets. The plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc. were upscale. I especially enjoyed cooking with the quality pots and pans, in the spacious kitchen. The refrigerator seemed very large and never had an issue with finding space, even with 5 people and various boxes of leftovers from local eateries. The refrigerator had both a front ice/water dispenser, and the freezer drawer also dispensed ice. We bought a bag of ice and never used it, even though we filled cooler every day for the beach. Each bedroom was nicely appointed. The master bed and bath were roomy. The loft was spacious and never got hot, even though on the top floor. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. Dining table was easily large enough for the 5 of us. The unit felt spacious, and never crowded. Convenient parking under the building, next to stairs. The only items to note were that the bath towels were thin and minimal, and the tv in the main room would occasionally go black, hum, and turn back on (in fairness, forgot to mention to rental agency as we rarely used tv) Overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to a larger family. Various restaurants, eateries and boutiques are within short walking distance. The furnishings were up scale, comfortable, and convenient. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described in listing.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was not too far from Historic St. Augustine. Away from all the traffic which was a plus. Quiet, nice and cozy place. For a historic home it was beautifully remodeled and decorated. More than what we expected. Thank you for the hospitality.

The Storm Meadows Condo was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed! It was close to downtown Steamboat and I can only imagine how magical it must be when there is snow on the ground. Gorgeous, clean, homey, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at the Now and Zen Beach House! The home was well-appointed and the hosts were quite attentive! We rented a golf cart for a few days and were able to keep/charge in the garage. Pet friendly too! Grab a glass of wine or a beer and sit out on the balcony to catch the ocean breeze. Just lovely! We'll be back again. Thank you, iTrip!

We were so lucky to book this house cute and comfortable a few weeks before our birthday friends (two couples) weekend. It just happened to coincide with the first annual Port Royal Mardi Gras parade. It was a treat being able to walk to all the interesting destinations in PR. We can't wait to do it again!

What an awesome Penthouse condo! Spacious rooms, high ceilings, and huge kitchen equipped with everything we needed! The condo was furnished nicely, and also came with 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas which were set up every day for us! Everthing was perfect!

This is a great house for a group of people. They have a pool table, swimming pool and spa, putting green and bocce court. The kitchen is well appointed. All the rooms have a bathroom. We had the best time. I would definitely stay here again. Good location in a nice neighborhood.

A Ray of Sunshine is a lovely condo, and perfectly situated for a girl's getaway. Easy walk to the beach for lovely evening strolls. Great views of the ocean from the condo. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Sarah and Steve from iTrip made sure we had all the information needed for an easy and convenient check-in and check-out. The basic supplies were adequate for our needs. Two minor inconveniences, which were not in the control of iTrip: 1) We were coming from 3 states, and had to park our 3rd car at the Charleston airport due to condo rules limiting parking to 2 vehicles. This was frustrating as there only 2 other cars in the entire parking garage for our unit. 2) Construction right next to us started at 7:30 a.m. each morning. UGH. the construction noise also prevented us from using the lovely balcony during the day. But I would recommend iTrip and A Ray of Sunshine to anyone.

My family and I were down August 1-6 and we had a great time. We really enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and the kids love the pool. Only things we would change is some kind of blind to the front door and bedding to change or than that the home was wonderful!!! We cant wait to plan another trip there!!!!

Really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful location and everything well cared for. The Condo was very nice, clean, and bright. Great view of pool and lake. On the negative side - just one thing. The couch really needs to be replaced. Other than that - we were very pleased!

The condo I rented was perfect for my kids and I. We had everything we needed during our stay. The beach was amazing..not overcrowded at all and very clean. The pool was wonderful..perfect size and private and having the tiki there was nice to get a snack or a drink. Everything in our room was clean and we felt comfortable there. We loved eating breakfast and lunch on he patio. I think we only turned on the tv once while during our stay. It was nice that there was a Publix done the street. A couple of times my kids and I went grocery shopping and it was easy enough to walk back and forth. IHOP, Taco Bus, Walgreens, 7/11 and Riki’s steak house are all close by. The Taco Bus was our favorite place to go. John’s Pass in Madiera Beach is just a few miles away. Lots of fun, restaurants and shops there. Overall our stay was nice for my kids and I to spend some nice family time together. It was so relaxing and my mother is planning a trip at the Island Inn in November.

It was a pleasure to work with you. You were quick to respond to my questions, and very professional. You made the condo rental easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We liked the location -- close to Anderson Ranch where I was taking a workshop -- as well as to the Base mall and gondola riding up to the higher malls. You may want to look at the bathroom air extractor. It seemed noisy to me. Thank you so much.

This was our second year in a row to stay here. The entire family had a great time. The home was beautiful with new appliances in the kitchen this year. The pool was great and it was a short walk to the ocean. We'll be back next year.

Our group all had a wonderful stay. Upon entry we found a bottle of wine and cookies and a binder of information. Everything was clean and cozy. We absolutely loved that there was a play kitchen for our toddler! The nest is great to set the AC easily. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (except for a baking tray) The outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand. Communication was fast and easy with host. We thought the condo was on the beach side but you do have to cross one street to get there. It wasn’t a big deal though. Beds were comfy. Highly recommend! We will be back. (We also left a purse and they returned it to us with everything in it so they are honest people)

We've been coming to the Aina Nalu every year for nearly a decade and love the place. Grounds are immaculate and the condos are spacious. The complex is in the town of Lahaina, which, unlike Kihei, actually has a lot to do when the sun goes down. The condo is a block away from bustling Front Street. Our unit, C-102 was conveniently located to the saltwater pool and at ground level was easy for loading in and out. Linens were great and we were provided fresh new pillows when requested. Rates were very reasonable. We would totally stay here again! Just a little tidbit request - two high quality boogie boards and some salt and pepper in the kitchen would have made the place perfect!

My sisters, friends, and I were looking for a weekend away to relax and escape and we had the BEST time at this rental. We had all these plans to explore Myrtle Beach but ended up just hanging by the pool, laying on the beach, and walking to the local restaurants. This condo was perfect and exactly what we needed. We all said we would come back again and again! The place was spacious, clean, and it was easy to walk ~10 min to the main pool area. We have only two recommendations for the rental company. 1. It would be great if checkin was earlier or there was somewhere to place your things while waiting to check in. 2. This is the first condo rental I've stayed at that didn't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, dish soap, etc. Our check in paperwork noted we needed to bring all these items. It was a bit strange and for the price these should be included. Overall I would still give it 5 stars, but hope the rental company considers this feedback as we'd love to come stay again!

Leanna makes it look all so easy. Thank you The unit is beautiful, with everything you'll need. The owners created a high end tropical experience. I could easily stay for multiple weeks and not feel cramped. Spectacular views, along with spacious lanai, makes this unit a ten.

This place was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The rooms was exactly as they are described. The bedrooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was huge. There are a couple of things to mention parking was hard if you have a big vehicle. The only thing we found with the whole place was the downstairs floors need to be swept better. But we would stay here again.

My husband and I were obsessed with this little cozy place! It felt like the beach shack of our dreams!! Everything was comfortable and clean!! The kitchenette did it’s job and has everything you need!! The bathroom was clean and the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget some!! Our favorite parts was the screened in porch, how cozy the whole place was AND how close it was to the beach!!!! Spent most of our time by the beach and would come back for snacks and refreshers. It was the perfect set up, can’t wait to be back!!!

We stayed 2 weeks at Caprice and it was perfect. The pool was clean & warm. Its right on the beach but private and secure. Its located on a quiet street off from busy Gulf Blvd. but an easy walk to numerous restaurants. The property is well maintained as was our condo. The private balcony was another plus. Comfortable bed. Spacious unit, bright & cheery. We can't wait to go back next year!

House was Beautiful. The cleaning before We arrived could have been better. They should invest in a bigger refrigerator and should upgrade the kitchen appliances and utensils. Also there was only one trashcan out back for trash and we were there for 5 days with 8 people. Neighborhood nice, Neighbors nice, everything else was good.

Amazing location--best on the island! Furnishings were in great shape and kitchen was supplied with all items we needed. The 4 & 6 year old children loved the pool & the waves at the Kahana Sunset beach. And, it was such fun to look right out our slider door, walk a few feet, & peer over the wall to watch the turtles! Leaving the master bedroom slider open each night to enjoy the sea breeze...we also enjoyed hearing the ocean waves nightly. Of course we enjoyed incredible sunsets. The day after returning home, the four year old wanted to know when we were going back. Soon! This is the best place ever!

Absolutely loved the LowCo Bungalow and we will be back ASAP! It was literally just renovated and they spared no expense on the fit and finish. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store and our family had a memorable time there. We literally can’t wait to go back!

Royal Beach 102 is a spacious & beautiful condo with everything you need. Private pool off of the 2nd floor, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. provided for use & extremely close to the beach. 2 parking spaces were a plus & elevator for those who have trouble with stairs. We hope to stay here again next year!

The house is in such an amazing location literally 10 minutes away from everything. Such a great house and loved the layout of it. The beds were so comfy. I had a few questions during my stay and David and Robyn both responded with 10-15 minutes, and were able to help me out. I really appreciate it and will definitely book again.

The ladies at Price Morgan have been spectacular! Always available when you have questions. Our Condo was very clean and comfortable. Much better in person very spacious. Tons of restaurants and entertainment right out the front door. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great beach vacation.

Great 2 week stay on the Island! Our family had an amazing time staying in the upstairs unit on Agate. There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout and relax. The huge balcony has a small, but nice view of the bay and all the passing boats. Being just steps away from the ferry, a small market and hamburger stand was very convenient! This was our second time working with Scott from iTrips, and just like last year, it was really easy! Looking forward to next year!!

Would definitely stay here again. Everybody in the family was happy with this place even the non-snowboarder/skier perfect proximity to all the trails for the dogs and the non-skier. Close to the Whistler Village but Far enough away. Well thought out with tons of hooks for all the stuff you need to hang. Tons of hangers, an air fryer. We wish the parking was Included. Responsive staff at the front desk Unit is quite a walk from the exit of building perhaps the only downside.

The Papakea Resort is perfect! Close to the beach, great swimming pools and hot tubs, great maintenance of the surroundings. Place to BBQ and plenty of beautiful gardens. Location is great if you plan to rent a car. If not, short walk and you find plenty of places like supermarkets and restaurants. Our apartment was good, had all facilities and needed stuff. Just the blankets had some spots, I think this could be improved. I will definitely recommend this place!

Loved our seahorse cottage #2. 2 bedrooms with a hideabed for more guests if needed. Comfortable beds. Rustic but quaint and perfect for beach life! Private outdoor patios and firepit for the circle of cottages. Everything we needed. Walked directly across the street to Publix, bought our food (and libations) and cooked all of our own meals. The beach is the prettiest around. Seashells abundant just to the North a few hundred yards. Walk to numerous beachfront cafes and bars. Gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely be back.

Lovely cabin. Nice hot tub and well equipped with almost all needs We had a couple issues but nothing earth shattering. Dollywood is definetly a great family place. And loved the titanic museum. Lots to do and plenty of restaurants. Enjoyed Hollstons allot. Hardest part was driving up and down the mountain

We enjoyed our stay in The Palms Unit 813 very much. The unit was beautifully decorated throughout. The view of the water was fantastic. It was a quick walk to the beach. We were often one of the only families in the outdoor pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion I have is that both balcony doors were tough to open, especially for kids. Otherwise, this was a super great unit!

I really wasn't sure what to expect as I booked this trip just 3 weeks beforehand. I was lucky to get this place, I believe. It was much better than I was anticipating. My only complaint, which is minor because I was supposed to be on vacation :) was that the wifi was a little iffy. I wanted to keep up with my work email and was able to do so for the most part because my husband is very techy, but it did go in and out a lot. Other than that, it was fantastic!

We spent 6 days in Bonita Springs at this lovely vacation home. Everything was perfect. First of all, the location which is directly on the water with unobstructed views was outstanding. The house is appointed where it is quiet with a clear view of the waterway. There is private heated pool which is a great size as well as kayaks and a paddleboard. My husband and I went on the kayaks one morning and to our surprise we saw dolphins jumping out of the water! It was so peaceful and beautiful! In the evening you can sit on the deck and watch the sunset or take a bike ride (bikes included) to the beach which is only a mile from the house! The house also has beach chairs and an umbrella so you only need to bring yourselves! I walked to the beach every morning! Perfect location! The house itself is very clean and well kept and has all of the amenities you would want for a vacation. Towels, kitchen supplies, paper goods were all perfect. Publix was just down the road to stock up on essentials and there is an outdoor kitchen in the lower level where you can keep drinks near the pool. There is also a laundry room and bathroom next to the pool which is extremely convenient. The beds were so comfortable which is not always the case when you stay at a rental. We all slept great! We were sad to leave this special place and highly recommend staying here for a relaxing, fun vacation!

This was a nice place and everything was great. We enjoyed the fishing pier and the view of the gulf and the bay. Be aware of the 3 flights of stairs though.

Our family which included our twin 7yr old boys had an amazing stay! The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock, paddle boards & we enjoyed swimming in the cove. We met some of the other guest who were all so nice. We enjoyed walking to Sundance Grill for a meal. I made breakfast and we grilled dinner one night. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely book this place again and stay for longer than 3 days next time!

Marlin key 3B was an excellent choice for our family vacation! It was clean and we had plenty of room, appliances all were nice and everything worked great. The view from our balcony was amazing and we were just steps away from the beach. No problems with condo. However, parking was an issue due to construction but was quickly addressed and handled.

Excellent property. Everything is described on the website but the owners have taken care to have all of the kitchen accoutrements available that one could use. The hot tub is excellent; as is the dock seating to watch incredible sunsets. There are plenty of books and novels to read - and a very nice touch is the “night lights” positioned throughout the house for night owls. A truly stunning property and easy to access.

This was my very first Airbnb stay. I was a little nervous taking my family to someone else’s home but it felt just like home once we arrived. Everything was identical to the pictures online and every time I called with a question (I probably called a little too much) they answered right away and were very pleasant. The location was perfect for our beach trip and close to food and all kinds of things for us to do as a family while in town. Super comfy beds and the shower pressure was right on the money! The price was fair even though I booked it rather late. Rookie mistake. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us it made our trip a breeze. I would definitely stay at this condo again. Maybe just me and the old man next time though :).

This unit exceeded very high expectations for our large group! Our group had the best ski trip we could've had and Unit 3 contributed greatly to that. The unit is extremely convenient for trips to the village and also offers lots of amenities to unwind and be comfortable after long days on the mountain. We were very appreciative of the hot tub, boot dryers and washing machine in particular. Absolute great stay and would definitely look to return.

We love this place! The unit is spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is supplied with movies, games, crayons and coloring books, paperbacks and magazines. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we spent all our non-beach time out there. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great Get-Away, Great stay! We just love this condo. Great kitchen with everything you'd possibly need, and overall nicely updated unit. We've stayed at Simba every year for almost 15 years and have stayed in several different units. THIS one is far and away the most updated and comfortable. Also love the convenience of the bridge and door access to the condo for unloading/loading. Lots of amenities to take advantage of for a fraction of the cost of Lionsquare. Just love our Vail escapes!

I just wanted to compliment this condo. We love to travel and especially like the beach. This condo had everything we needed. New appliances and every utensil in case your cooking. Also plenty of great restaurants close by and some within walking distance. I loved sitting outside on the patio early in the mornings. There is no one to the left of you out back and so quiet! We were a short walk to one of the pools and we were surprised to see multiple beach chairs and an umbrella were available in the condo for the beach. But they also have beach chair service if you like. The condo was very clean and well kept! We had the best time and made great memories! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in and check out process. House was clean and worked for our two families well. It was perfectly located for our trip to St. Augustine. We spent half of our time at Anastasia State Park Beach (BEAUTIFUL) and the other half touring historic St. Augustine. Our kids LOVED the boogie boards the host provided. They spent hours playing in the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Way down in Kokomo was a great airbnb for my family of 6. The place was clean and had cute decor. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and access to the pool. The hosts provided a welcome snack and had good information for visiting St. Augustine. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I ever come back to visit I would try to book this condo again.

We recently stayed at this house with 3 generations of family and had a wonderful time. Everyone loved congregating in the living room and deck where we were treated to amazing views of the Rockies, stars at night and mule deer right outside the lower level window. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the check in was easy. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect - gorgeous hiking trails, Evergreen lake, golf, grocery, and restaurants were all short drives away. I would gladly stay there again.

The condo was exactly as it was presented in the ad. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The cookware was replaced with new pieces on the first day of our stay because the housekeeping staff noticed it was worn. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle bus to the village was very easy to use and other than 1-2 times was always waiting on us. The shuttle drivers were very nice as well. The property is probably 25 years old but it has been renovated and maintained well.

My family recently stayed at “Seasonal Therapy” and we would highly recommend it!! The home was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable! All of us thoroughly enjoyed the game room with the arcades and had some fun, friendly competitions! We loved the location. It was in the middle of both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle to give us that relaxing mountain retreat we desired. We’d definitely book again!

We were in San Antonio to have a medical procedure performed. Last time we were in San Antonio, for another procedure, we were happy with the accommodations at Seacasa so we rented it again. It was as clean and well-appointed as in the past. Our dog loved the backyard and we enjoyed sitting on the large patio enjoying the weather, eating al fresco, and watching her romp.

This place was amazing! Spent a long weekend there and enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck every day - while you don’t get to see the sunset or sunrise we did see one amazing moon rise! We booked an Annapolis getaway with my wife's brother’s family. We had pretty high expectations for On Cloud 9 based on the few reviews that have been posted. Let me tell you that the other reviews are absolutely right. This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our families. Location was great. We could walk to downtown Annapolis, and could also see the water from the house. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen was definitely stocked with everything that you would need. I appreciated the small touches like charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms. Most importantly, all of our kids had a blast. The older ones liked hanging out in the basement at night. Little ones loved the bunk bed room. Definitely would book again.

Apartment was beautifully decorated and had modern appliances. The living area was tastefully done with local Charleston photography on the walls. The binder that the hosts put together included great information of what to do and where to eat. A folding drying rack for delicates and a magnifying makeup mirror on the wall in the bathroom would be a nice touch. We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was super clean. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Charleston.

This condo was by far the most clean, beautiful, well decorated, and well stocked unit I've ever stayed in. The kitchen(s), bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas were equipped with high-end furnishings and everything we needed to make us feel at home. The large two-car garage provided us with a nice sense of security, and the opportunity for everyone to have their own bathroom was a huge plus! The location was in close proximity to entertainment venues, hiking/biking trails, restaurants, and nightlife. The highway up to the mountains was only a few blocks away, which made travel incredibly easy and convenient. The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay there forever! I would give this rental 10 stars if that was an option. We hope to rent again in the future!

From the minute we walked in to the front door we were impressed. The views from all of the huge windows were spectacular. The house is set up perfectly for a family, with plenty of sleeping space and a wonderful first floor with an open concept, allowing lots of interaction while cooking and eating. The kitchen is very well equipped and made it very easy to have almost all our meals there. We all felt so peaceful and comfortable there. We had a beautiful time at your penthouse ocean front beach condo. We enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. We saw a few shooting stars. Enjoyed some fireworks on the beach one night. So many good restaurants within walking distance. The place was great, and the family had a great time. Wish we came later in the summer. Especially since when we came we only got one day on the beach to find shells and everything. The were dredging the sand. It is so sad we were heartbroken, especially the kiddos. Of course that is ZERO FAULT OF THE OWNERS OF THE VACA CONDO! They have no idea when that will happen im sure. I plan to let her know so she can give others a heads up. So they can switch their days if they need to. But otherwise it was amazing def recommend!

We really, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The area is quiet and we appreciated the ability to walk to the beautiful chaparral park each day - it was a hit with our toddler! The kitchen had everything you could want and more. The main suite is so spacious and well appointed. We will certainly look to iTrip for future travels. Our only concern with this specific property to others is that the railings along the stairs and at the landings are so far apart that a toddler could slip through. A little extra supervision is needed if you have a little one. But everything else was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room for a family to enjoy time together in a cute little ski town. Shopping and restaurants were a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything one might need. We did not need to contact the property management team, but they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great for a girls' trip with 4 of us! It was a tiny bit hard to find at night - when you get to the V building parking lot off of Chalet drive, turn right, and the apartment is on the left. They guaranteed salt, pepper, and olive oil, but other guests had left teas and a variety of other spices. Plenty of cookware, but a couple things to bring if you want them: tupperwares, tin foil, wine opener, a blender, maybe your own favorite Keurig cups. Extra trash bags are underneath the trash bag in the can. They had hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and a few soap bars, and they delivered extra when we asked. They also delivered extra towels promptly, as the place came with 3. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs (one indoors and one outdoors) are at the club house: go uphill on Chalet drive and see the lights on the left - don't forget the key card! Very easy access to Canyons Mountain and a very quick bus ride to Park City Mountain. The shuttle for Canyons will take you to the bus stop to get there - just download their app (CV Connect). The couch turns into a nice bed, would be a bit tight for 2 grown men but we fit nice and cozy. The heat and fireplace were a big plus, and Dori was so communicative, responsive, and gracious. Overall a fantastic stay!

unit 510 exceeded our expectations in every way! i cannot say enough about it. we were 2 families and the space was just perfect. the bedrooms were comfortable and all with private bathrooms. the master was even nicer with the largest bathroom and shower i have ever seen. the common kitchen/living room area was amazing with a spectacular view. the outdoor area was a bonus, we even used the BBQ one night. the stocked kitchen with all appliances and spices was super helpful too. the location of this unit was the icing on the cake with ski storage and 3 escalators to get to the slopes! i cannot wait to go back!!!

I hate to write anything positive here, because I want this place all to myself the next winter we go to Steamboat, but it was a great experience. Check in and out was easy. The location was great with maybe a 50 foot walk to the green slope Right of Way. From there, we put on our skis and snowboard and easy ride to the base area. At the end of the day, we stopped at the same spot, walked up to the townhome and dropped everything off in the ski closet on the back porch. The inside of the townhome was great and had everything we needed. Either the host, or other guests, had left sugar, salt, pepper, etc...and this was very much appreciated. There really was no need for a rental car either. iTrips did a great job of providing shuttle service to the base area, grocery, and even downtown.

This charming mid century modern "old Florida" home is exactly as pictured. Dining al fresco by the pool every night, listening to the water feature and surround by completely private mature foliage and dramatic automatic lighting was such a treat. We walked to the bay most nights (a few block walk) with a glass of wine to sit on the park benches and watch sunset there. The home is clean, extremely well furnished with high end bedding and I just wish I could have stayed longer. Very convenient drive to downtown or over to Armands Circle. Very responsive management team. You'll love it the longer you stay there.

Enjoyed the house. We rented the house for our family and it worked out great. Played a little "horse" on the BB court. Soaked in the hot tub and mostly had breakfast and headed out for other events from this home base. With other rentals my wife finds that there are never enough hangars. So she borrowed some hangars from my new Sister-in-Law and when we got to the house the closet was full of hangars. 5 stars on the number and quality of the hangars and places to hang stuff in the master bedroom closet.

We truly enjoyed our vacation to Snowmass. The skiing was great. Our condo was in a great location. Be aware that condo is on 3rd floor. We had everything we needed at the condo.To ski, you just walk down the street, but your skis on and away you go! I would suggest that the unit definitely needs a new coffee maker! We hope to return next year.

We have stayed in Hilton Head for the past 15 years and this is by far the best location. Home was clean and well stocked. Room for everyone. Location was perfect for biking to Harbor Town and South Beach. Easy 15 minute bike ride to the beach. Subdivision pool, tennis courts, playground and basketball was great for entertaining all ages. Sea Pines Center was just behind the subdivision which was convenient for eating out and to pick up a trolley. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was spacious and very clean. Unit manager even followed up to make sure there were no issues half way through our stay. Watch out for the full time residents though. Our group had 2 units rented and in the week were accused of: - No cleaning the grill.....that we never used. - Having 13 "Purdue kids" in one unit, when we had a total of 10 adults between the 2 units (4 + 6) per the max capacity. - We were scolded for putting our bikes back where Billy Bikes told us to....in the gate marked "Bikes". Very grumpy people there.

Very nice, spacious home with fantastic views adjacent to a nice, uncrowded beach. The pool is also nice, especially for kids. (A little chilly in mid April.) The house was clean and entry simple. My only complaint is the minimal stock of basic supplies. Just one dishwasher pod and a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid. You really need to bring your own!

Our Serenity home worked perfectly for us for our 3 week escape from the heat of Arizona. The AC worked perfectly; the home is very nice and clean with a beautiful yard. The service was top notch; they answered texts late into the night and took care of our every need.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Naples. We stayed in this beautiful Briarwood property and can say it was nothing but smooth comfort and fun. The house was clean, full of all needed items like towels, dishes, silverware and very tastefully done furniture. We loved the gated community and used the supplied bikes in the garage to get to and from the tennis courts with ease. My family loved Naples so much they finally decided to start making the move down there. All in all an amazing and successful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa Paradiso.. It was a cute little place tucked right off the street. Only about 5 min walk to beach. Close to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and many shops. We did have an issue when we arrived with the code not working, but the batteries was dead in lock. However they was very quick to come out and change it and get us in our place.

Our stay in Destin was wayyyyy too short! Silver Shells is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed, and the St. Croix Unit was absolutely Beautiful! I couldn't have picked a better place! My husband and 2 yr old daughter and my bro/sis-in-law and their 3 yr old son had a ball in the Lagoon Pool! This is the perfect family vacation destination! We will definitely be back to Silver Shells!!

We took our 8 year old for Spring Break and he absolutely loved it. It was a great location to have beach time as well as tour Charleston (about a 30 min drive). The condo was very clean, well decorated and the balcony was my favorite part. The kitchen is well stocked - loved having a Kurig. I also loved having hooks on the wall as soon as you come in…. It’s the little things and attention to details that made Ocean Therapy a place you want to return to. It is perfect for small families.

Looks like we stayed right after the one guest NOT to leave a 5-star review. A bunch of 5-star reviews and one 2-star? Kinda thinkin' that might have to do with a cranky and uncourteous guest, rather than the house or the management company--particularly since we arrived 3 hours early to drop off stuff, and iTrip staff was working overtime to clean up one heck of a mess before we got there. When we arrived it was scary. 3 hours later, it was spotless, organized, and welcoming. I think the staff that was there was led by Terri and Bethany. Hope I got that right. Anyway--heck of a job!OK, review of the place itself:1) Wow.2) Wow.3) Did we say "Wow"?It was everything it said in the ad and more:They said it was "View Times Two," but actually it's got ocean views in 3 directions. It was so close to the Bald Head Club that we often walked (ok, we took the carts when we had to carry the clubs).Speaking of carts, having 3 of them made it so convenient for our party to split up when they wanted and go where they wanted. And little things like the carts having USB ports and cellphone holders is a perfect example of the thoughtful touches all over View Times Two.Somebody put a lot of thought into how to make this place massively guest-friendly. We had no idea how bad the cell service is on a lot of the island, but this house apparently has a "cell spot" that provides full signal anytime you're inside!It had all the amenities we could have wanted, and some we didn't even think of (like they provided 3 coolers for us to take to the beach, and an ice machine like you'd find in a restaurant to fill it whenever we wanted.Last thing: the SHOWERS, which you'll just have to see for yourself. Six heads and 3 faucets in the outdoor shower, and all 4 master bedroom showers had at least two. Be prepared to negotiate who gets the room with the rain head, and who gets the one with the body jets!

This home on St. Kitts has been very nicely up-dated and is very well-supplied. The owners thought of everything. It even has a DVR! We stayed a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would gladly return if we were planning another trip to Palm Desert. And the people at iTrip were very helpful. Unlike the big guys like VRBO and HomeAway, you can actually talk to real people at iTrip. All in all, you can't do better than this for a vacation.

This condo was perfect for our 4-day romantic getaway in Sanibel. It was clean, comfortable, extremely well appointed and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances were great quality. The location is perfect. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come to Sanibel again!

We all loved the location. The bathroom with each bedroom was a giant plus. Took advantage of the pool and kayak launch. Road bikes (not a lot of traffic in neighborhood) and went to Assateague Island every day. Assateague got crowed but nothing to compare to ocean city. Parking passed required every day, but you can leave and come back using same pass. We took several trips to Berlin! Highly recommend.

Our family stayed at Tipsea Toes in late June/early July 2022. We chose the house because of the location and amenities provided. We were not disappointed! The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away. The beach was never too crowded and the shed in back of the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available for use. When we were too lazy to walk to the beach, or just wanted a quick dip in the evenings, the private pool was perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and everything we needed was provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, pool & bath towels, etc.). Appliances seemed fairly new/updated. Though most of the dishes/glassware were plastic, we didn't mind since that made us worry less about breaking anything. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and we put it to good use. Communication with the management team was mostly through texting. They were very quick to respond to any questions we texted (within a few minutes). Prior to the trip, they provided an email with plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Check in was at 4pm, but we got a text that cleaning/inspection were completed early and that we could check in around 2:30pm. We were still traveling at that point, but it was nice of the management team to let us know. We've already recommended Tipsea Toes to friends/family and would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at the home with our 3 adult sons. We also hosted a small gathering (very quiet of course) for 3 couples of relatives. The home is perfect for this type of gathering. Nice, open living room/kitchen for gathering. The amenities are all new and function perfectly. The house is very quiet even though it is close to a fairly busy street. Having the garage as a sound barrier works well!! We highly recommend this home and would 100% stay there again in the future.

My family had the most wonderful week in this home! The home itself is beautiful and comfortable, we had everything we could have needed. The neighborhood is perfect for riding the provided bikes in. Due to the wind we weren’t able to kayak as much as we hoped but, the 2 time we were amazing. My husband caught tons catfish off the dock. I would recognize this home to anyone!

Our family of four (2 adults/2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Very quiet across from the tennis club with a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and Village area. The home was very clean, and spacious. Our family loved our morning walks, bike rides on the paths, afternoons at the beach and late afternoon hanging out at the villa on the back deck overlooking the lagoon. We are planning on renting again and would definitely recommend - was a great visit!

We loved our time at Sugar Beach. The property was lovely, the setting was beautiful, the location was extremely convenient. The price was very reasonable for the stay. We did experience some minor cleaning issues & we would encourage the cleaning staff to pay a little more attention to detail. Overall however it was a five-star experience & we will definitely consider utilizing the property again in the future.

We were blown away with the accommodations that iTrip provided. Having never heard of iTrip we were a little nervous going into the trip not knowing what the experience would be like. But they truly went above and beyond with the free shuttles, cleanliness, responsiveness, and flexibility. The only thing is that the sleeping situation was just slightly underwhelming for 8 adults, but we made it work! Highly recommend iTrip and I'm looking forward to another trip with them soon.

Our stay in Eagle, Idaho was so relaxing and enjoyable. The community is very clean, friendly and thriving. The house was the best part of our stay. It is so great that my kids didn't want to leave! I was concerned that the house wouldn't match the pictures, which has happened before, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, the pictures are beautiful, the furniture is so nice and everything we needed was available. The house is located across the street from a nice park, very kid and family friendly! We loved it!

Thank you to iTrip and the ‘Current’ house for an amazing weekend retreat. The beautiful and unique house had plenty of space for all 10 of us! The house itself had great amenities like bowls, serve ware etc, plenty of bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies. Lots of heaters, which was nice for us durning out winter stay. Something of note: we read about views the house provides and in part chose the house because of the location to the beach. It’s very true the house is right on the beach and does indeed have incredible views. However, if you have mobility issues of almost any degree, then getting up the sandy hills that surround the house will be very challenging or maybe even impossible. —- we had a young man with us who needed a lot of help to get up the sandy hills and then even after we discovered that there is are sheer drop offs/very steep declined hills you have to navigate in order get to the water. All that to say our young friend never touched the water. He wasn’t willing/able to do that. That being said he also enjoying the crazy easy access to the hot tub and so did our adults. It’s nice to end the cold winter day into a relaxing dip in heated jets. Over all we had a great time. The youth were praising the house and the location. Our adults were blown away by the flexibility and comfort the house provided. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer (Unit C) very much. It's our favorite condo since more than 10 years and we always look forward to spend our holidays there. Linger Longer is a perfect place near the beach. If you really want a view, here you'll get one! Closer by the sea is not possible! What we like very much, you have two balconies. West and East. So you find always sun and always shadow, what ever you like. Another two compliments: Wonderful (large) bed and a nice kitchen. Housekeeping works perfect. Everything is super clean! Well, we'll be back as soon as possible!

The Atlantic Slash was very comfortable and served our needs. The pool was great and access to the beach was easy. We were able to view the sunrise over the ocean every morning from our bedroom balcony. The house is a little dated, but decorated beautifully. Access between floors was only by elevator and an exterior stairway, but was manageable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and there was an abundance of towels and beach accessories. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved this house. It was perfect for 3 families with kids. The lake access was wonderful!

Perfect place for a few-day getaway, very clean, very cozy, a true small treasure Mountain retreat. Kitchen is little but fully functional. Think of being in an RV, also when it comes to water use. Very real feeling of being a luxurious Mountaineer in the early 1900 plus electricity & internet. Would go there again and we loved the place!

Got this for a fall getaway and was blown away by the well stocked kitchen, sweet hot tub and just nice house. We really enjoyed our stay!

We made reservation back in January for a stay on Maui in May. When we got to hotel and looking forward to our balcony view of the pool and beach (based on photo of room view) it was not the same. Not fault to iTrip. Since January a big store came in and damage the pool and beach access. We called the customer service # and with in less then an hour we were booked into another beautiful location with-in couple of miles. The place was awesome with 2 pools and beach access!!! The service and satisfaction from iTrip was over and beyond! My wife and I will use iTrip again on our next adventure!!! Bryon & Janet

We had 8 night stay at this condo and everything was absolutely amazing! Easy access since is on the 3rd floor , basketball court for my boys ,grilling section , beach is super nice and clean and on the balcony you can smell the ocean while watching my niece in the pool under. Lots of cooking pots and pans, dishes and everything you need to cook inside . Bars and restorants walking distance. Will Definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at 39672 Bayberry Dunes Lane, Bethany Beach. The home provided plenty of space for the 13 of us. The kitchen had up to date appliances, a lot of countertop space with an island. It had a large dining room table and comfortable furniture throughout. We spent a lot of time on the deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The entrance to the beach was only steps from the property. The beds were all comfortable and the house was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this house!

We liked everything about the Pointe Santo. The grounds were beautiful. The condo had a nice view of the Gulf, and was very comfortable and clean. All staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach, biking, walking, and restaurants. We would love to come back.

We recently stayed at Alphorn 204 for the second time in the last two years. We absolutely love this condo and location! The condo is spacious, love the two bathrooms and ample plateware and cookware. The location can’t be beat nestled between Vail Village and Lionshead Village, and adjacent to the Vail Hospital. The bus stop is a very short walk from the condo and runs frequently to Lionshead Village; Vail Village is a half a block walk. We love all the conveniences of our stay - it’s such a cozy spot and we look forward to returning after a full day of skiing! We’ll be back Alphorn 204! And thank you to the very responsive property managers!
