The Tarrymore 215 Suite is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental with full kitchen, located just steps from the Historic Riverwalk. You will be right in the heart of town, with easy access to fine dining, fun nightlife, and beautiful views of the Cape Fear River. Some of North Carolina's best beaches are just a short drive from downtown. Be sure to take a horse-drawn carriage ride or enjoy an ice cream cone while strolling along Wilmington's cobblestone streets.
The suite includes one King size bedroom and one Full size bedroom, each with a private full bath. Beautifully restored hardwood floors throughout, a fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, a separate living/dining area, a flat screen cable TV, and free WIFI give you all the comforts of home. With partial views of downtown Wilmington and the Cape Fear River, this unit offers a private balcony with wooden rocking chairs overlooking the cobblestones of Dock Street.

Whether you want to stroll along the 'Best Riverwalk in the USA" along the majestic Cape Fear River, dine at amazing restaurants, shop at unique local boutiques, enjoy great nightlife, or all of the above, The Tarrymore is a short walk from everything downtown offers. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, UNCW, and the Battleship North Carolina are all short rides away. It really is the perfect location for a visit to Wilmington.
This condo comfortably fits four adults with a great kitchen and living room and two spacious bedrooms. We have access to the light and airy common atrium—a great place to gather and relax. From the front door you can see the Cape Fear River and some of the best architecture in Wilmington. There is not a better home base for a great Wilmington adventure.
WIFI, Linens, and towels are provided along with tea and coffee supplies, but don't forget to pack your favorite brand for your morning brew.
Downtown Wilmington is only 15 minutes by car from beautiful Wrightsville Beach and 15 minutes to UNCW for those visits to college.

Parking is available on the street in front of the building (meter parking is enforced Mon-Sat from 9am to 6:30pm).
Do not park in the privately owned lot immediately adjacent to The Tarrymore.
There is Free Parking on weekdays after 6:30pm and on Sundays, as well as city observed holidays.
There is a parking lot next door in the Hannah Block and a covered deck available 1 block away on Market Street.
Daily rates start at 7:00 am but guests may purchase 2 or 3 days at a time upon arrival.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
