We loved it here, and thoroughly enjoyed the nice little patio with the outdoor seating. Patio had nice views of Lake Dillon and a nice quiet woodsy setting. It was just right for two of us, although it would be suitable for a small family as well. I believe they allow pets here but we did not travel with any pets. Very well designed and efficient use of space for a small condo. Very well equipped kitchen; we ate nearly all our meals in-house and had everything we needed to prepare and cook food. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for this review, Diane. We are delighted you shared your experience with others. We agree that the layout is wonderful! We are grateful that you took the time to write this review. (On a side note for any potential guests reading... the town home is not lakeside, but there is a distant view of Lake Dillon from the patio. When we are at the cabin, we often watch the sailboats on the lake from our deck.). - iTrip Vacations - Keystone Team

A two night stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo was just what we needed! We were happily surprised with the bathroom since there were no pictures. This place was well furnished and accommodating to our stay. We did try to grill although we were unable to due to the propane or igniter which was no biggie. The location was great with mountainous views and outlet malls just down the hill. It was the perfect little getaway with some sunshine, snow, rain and sunsets!

We spent 2 weeks at this vacation rental last October and loved every moment of it! At first we were concerned because of some very specific and sensitive needs -- one family member is very allergic to animals but we needed to bring our non-allergenic dog with us (usually this is a huge struggle!!). The owner was extremely helpful in both meeting with us before the rental and showing us around as well as making every possible effort to reduce the family member's asthma before our stay. We had no issues what-so-ever with her asthma and no issues at all with any mechanical problems in the facility! We also enjoyed excellent internet access, plenty of room to bring our dog out into the woods behind the condo, a thoroughly stocked kitchen regarding dishes and modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and perfect location. We enjoyed it enough at the time to extend our visit for a few more days and it was no effort at all to contact the owner for a last minute extension. Altogether, there was nothing we lacked and nothing we wished could be approved on. We plan to come again this year and look forward to another wonderful stay!

We spent 6 nights at the property. The accommodation for two people was more than sufficient. The location is very convenient and picturesque. We easily accessed Keystone, Breck, Copper Mountain and Vail ski resorts and A-Basin is within a convenient reach too. The property is well stocked and well maintained. We have never had any problems with anything.

The 6740 house in Keystone was absolutely fantastic!! Great location, each mountain was within 15-30 minutes! Super easy to find. Quiet. Our dogs loved the open backyard area where they could run and plaest pillows on the planet. The master bedroom's bed was so incredibly comfortable we wanted to bring it back home with us!y in the snow. There were tons of extra cozy blankets and the soft The kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans/utensils that all we needed was groceries. Literally everything was right there! The hardwood floors throughout were wonderful, especially since we came in with our gear each day after the mountain. I would highly recommend this rental. It's clean, modern, full of windows with bright light, and the skylight in the bathroom with heated floors will knock your socks off. We will definitely be back again!

My family of 6 stayed at 6740 House a few nights over the holidays and had a very nice time. We appreciate that we were allowed to bring our dog. I was concerned that there was only one full bath, but we didn't really have an issue because of our short stay. We had difficulty lighting the fire the first night, after multiple attempts. I bought newspaper the next day so we had a nice fire that night. Other than kindling or newspaper, the only other item we needed was a cheese grater. Overall, the accommodations were great and we'd like to come back one day.

This townhouse was perfect for our family including our dog. There was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other.Everything was very clean and well appointed. The access to open space out the back door was not only great for my boys, ages 11 and 8 but perfect to exercise our german shorthaired pointer. We would definitely stay here again! The two negatives were the floors were slippery upstairs. I know it sounds crazy but walking around in our socks was a bit challenging. And there was no mirror in the master bedroom to use to get ready while the only full bath was in use. I made it work!

The unit was fantastic! From the moment we arrived until leaving we felt at home for our snowboarding trip. One of our friends had a delay in his flight so we ended up getting to the property pretty late however that was not an issue with the door access code! The unit was clean and cozy and easily accommodated all of our needs. IT was nice having access to a full kitchen with pots and pans for our use. Everyone agreed that staying at the unit made us want to consider moving to Colorado for the greater term. Management called to check on us and make sure everything was fine. Overall great experience.

We stayed for a week this July. Great views and location. I admit we were concerned that this is a dog friendly unit and we are allergic to pets. The place was absolutely clean and did not smell like dogs stay there. There were hummingbirds outside all day and the view into the woods was great. We were so pleased with the condo when we arrived. It is very well decorated, has anything and everything a family could need for a stay in Summit County CO! It was clean, in a great safe location, spacious and modern. It was family friendly with toys, movies and games (and laundry too.) The paths out back were great for the kids to go out exploring in a safe place- and the views of Dillion Rez were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and many extras too. The mangers were very friendly and it was great communication for check in and out. We just returned from Summit County. The townhouse we rented was lovely. The furniture was well above average.. leather couches and quite handsome master bedroom decor. The kitchen was very spacious and the laundry was handy. The closet and storage space was amazing in the bedrooms. I loved the skylight in the bathroom. The very best part of our stay was our little visitor. A tiny marten (a white ermine weasel) came to see us the first morning. She was the size of a chipmunk! I loved watching the dogs play behind the unit too. We enjoyed our stay very much.
