I've stayed in dozens of places all over the world. This is absolutely the nicest, most stylish, and best equipped rental I've ever experienced. The home's location is perfect, the recent full remodel is high end both from a quality and design perspective, and the space offers a great deal of privacy for even a larger group. 100% recommended!

Indian Shores is a great area. Being right on the beach was very nice. For 5 people the Condo was roomy. A very minor complaint is the master shower. If you turned it to good water pressure, it was scalding. When turned down to an acceptable temperature, the water pressure was low.

Enjoyed our stay at 16 Saragossa Street in St Augustine. It was close to the downtown area and everything was very clean and in working order and we had a very pleasant stay. Will definately consider rebooking if we visit St. Augustine again.

The unit we stayed in, 507 was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was fantastic, the location was great and ease of access was very good. The pool is good but needs some updating and attention but having said that it wasnt terrible we still enjoyed ourselves. We were happy with our stay and would stay again. The ITrip staff were very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We loved hanging out at the fire pit at night. The house is in a great location and the communication with the hosts was awesome. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.
