Our policies have adjusted to accommodate the frequent changes and restrictions in place for BC. In case of a travel restriction preventing your vacation or a mountain closure we are able to offer one of the following:

1. Travel credit for days not used

2. Full refund of days not used minus 100.00 admin fee

**Cancellations due to sickness or illness of yourself or a family member will not be issued refund. Please purchase travel insurance ahead of time to cover your loss.

HOME INFO: 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom - 1310 sq. feet

Upper Benchlands area , Forest Trails 3 bedroom unit. Fully remodelled throughout. Entire main floor has heated floors to ensure a cozy space. Walk across the street to the ski path which takes you to the Upper Village where the Blackcomb ski lifts are located along with rentals and restaurants; or take the free shuttle bus to Whistler Village for skiing, dining and shopping.

- Master Bedroom: Queen bed with Ensuite. All new furniture + Large screen TV

- 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds (or converted to 1 King bed)

-3rd bedroom: Double Bunk beds (Double on bottom/twin on top) + Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 5 total)

- Washer and Dryer in unit

- Living Space: Living room has wood burning fireplace, big screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating and impressive 20ft vaulted ceilings. Kitchen also fully remodelled with beautiful cabinets, full size stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for your kids. Full size dining opens into the generous living area. Deck off the dining with views and grill for your convenience.


- Village Access: On the free shuttle route + Ski in/Ski out access across the street

- Lift Access: Quick 3-5 minute walk via the pedestrian stroll

- Ski Storage & Bike Storage: The entrance “mud room” has heated floors to dry your wet gear and warm your boots overnight. Skis, poles and boards need to be stored in the garage.

- Parking: Garage parking. There is on-site parking for another two vehicles by using the passes located on the shelf just inside the entry way. A total of four parking spaces.

- Free WiFi

- Front desk concierge service

- Discounts on lift tickets & whistler activities through our front desk *Must be purchased 7 days in advance

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

*Standard Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up till 45 days prior to your trip. There will be a 10% fee, or $100 (whichever is greater).

*If booking on AIRBNB then Super Strict 30 cancellation policy applies.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighbourhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbours, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

The townhouse was really great! Modern furnishings and clean! We loved the open feel to the townhome, even with 8 people in the space. The location, a short walk to Blackcomb village, was very convenient. And the shuttle to the village was very Easy. We wish the garage was a bit bigger because our vehicles didn’t quite fit inside, but it was so nice having storage for our ski gear!
