Great lovation but house is very dated. You can see this from the pictures. When we arrived the house was still being cleaned so we waited outside for 30 minutes. When we entered the house there were blankets in the washing machine and dryer running. We finished the laundry for the cleaner but not what you expect to have to do. The location can not be beat and view is great.

Great weekend stay in Steamboat

Good location with easy access to restaurants/shops in the downtown area and not too far from the ski resort. The free shuttle provided was especially convenient for getting around. Living area and bedrooms are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Would stay here again for a winter ski trip.

Overall we had a great stay! We did have an issue with the parking situation as we were mis-guided to believe that there were more parking passes for our 7 person group. This definitely should be clear on the listing that there is a maximum of 2 cars. Aside from this issue, we had a great stay!

Everything about the house is perfect from the location to the house and it’s amenities! The pool gets the right amount of sun and shade throughout the day. We even seen dolphins in the canal. We will be back

We booked 502 Dockside for a family vacation. The condo was very nice, up to date and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to everything in Clearwater Beach! We had a chance to meet the owners and they were super nice! I would recommend this rental to everyone!
