My parents and my in-laws have both rented this home a handful of times. It's the perfect spot! the location is ideal; close to town without being in the thick of everything. The building is quiet and we sleep great here. The unit comes with anything you might need and is very well equipped. We will continue to rent this place for visits to come. Thank you for everything!

Awesome villa. They Supplied us with everything we needed. Check in and check out was straight forward. Perfect location on the west end and 2 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly and screened in patio was perfect.

Excellent, clean, well stocked rental home in Briarwood! We have rented and stayed in different places throughout the years in Naples to come visit family and this home was perfect for our stay. We had great communication and support from the time of booking to check out. We would definitely rent here again!

Location, location, location. Our condo was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the condo is well stocked with kitchen items as well as sheets and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little rental.

Cute rental. We stayed for 5 nights. Only complaint is I would have liked to have had two bath towels for each of us. Going five days with one bath towel each was stretching it a bit. Also, some window coverings on the patio doors would be nice. We were on vacation and like to sleep in. Sun streaming in made that difficult.
