Come stay with us and experience this Golf and Tennis community with great views…! Located on the second floor, this 2 bedroom with separate living area and kitchen is roomy for you and your family or a golf getaway with friends. You have views of the Golf Course. In the mornings, have your cup of coffee on the beautiful patio while watching the herons and storks just steps away as they start their day! This condo is special in that you have 2 full bedrooms with 2 full En Suite bathrooms, a nice spacious living area and separate area for dining and fix your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take the night off and go to the nearby restaurants for dining. The outdoor patio is spacious and gives you that opportunity to relax and watch the golfers or just take in the beauty. The second bedroom unit has its own entrance. There are also 3 sliding glass doors leading out to the patio within the unit.

Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the resort and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. This community is a world-class destination that offers more than 40 championship tennis courts & 2 PGA golf courses as well! Get away from it all here! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just 10-15 minute drive is the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from your condo. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!

HOUSE RULES - please acknowledge
1-PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- PETS are NOT permitted within the condos per HOA Rules.  
If you have a service animal and will be bringing the service animal to the condo, please advise the property manager before arrival. 
4 - Parking is first come first serve.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $250 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of people noted in the listing, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9 Housekeeping- There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due when stays exceed one month.
10- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or internet service or Pool/spa heating issues. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 
11- Maintenance- Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos, internet.
12- Resort Pool & Workout Room:  The resort pool and workout room are NOT available for use.  There is an additional fee for golf.  Please ask management for assistance.
13- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
14- Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 27 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.
15 - Cancelation policy - In the event that you must cancel or change your reservation, please be aware that cancellations or changes must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date.   If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded and $100.00 administrative fee may be charged.  If changes occur 30 days or more prior to arrival date, modifications to booking dates can be made without penalty.   Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.  If changes occur at least 14 days before the start of the stay, modifications to booking dates may be made but will be subject to nightly price changes.  GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.  If changes occur within the 14-Day time frame, modifications to booking dates may be made but will be subject to nightly price changes and penalties.   There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation.  Trip cancelation Insurance is recommended.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Fox Hunt Suite - Golf Course Views

We recently stayed at this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with views of Saddlebrook's golf course. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching golfers playing the challenging hole #16 and #17. We enjoyed playing both courses and seeing the abundance of wildlife too. Staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly. We are not tennis players so we did not play but daily plenty of players walked by our condo to do so. Very active community, which we liked. The only thing I wish was part of the package would be access to the pool, as there are plenty of days when it would be nice to relax at the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will seriously consider staying there next year.
