Whether you're looking for time away for that much-needed vacation, a transition from your home or visiting the Tampa area, you will feel at home and be all set for your RETREAT in our lovely condo. You will enjoy the ease of ground floor accessibility to parking area and only a couple of steps. The private patio is where you will be able to watch all the wildlife each morning & evening! Upon entry, the condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas! The kitchen is fully equipped for the novice chef as well as the experienced cook! The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed & a cozy sitting area & en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and queen size bed and sitting area. If you'd like to catch up on all your favorite series, we have a 58" Smart TV with Roku to stream your favs! When you are ready to wind down, the patio is the perfect place to sit outside and take in the fresh Florida breeze and also catch a stunning sunset!
Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the resort and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. Get away from it all here! But you are only a short drive to Wiregrass and The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from the condo. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa, Tampa International Airport and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!

**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee of $125 will be required upon approval.
HOUSE RULES - please acknowledge
1-PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- Small dogs are permitted. 25lbs and smaller. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 will be charged.
4 - Parking is first come first serve.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $250 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (4) four people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God.
