This lovely 2 bedroom, single level Simba Run condo features a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with tile & hardwood floors throughout. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and flat screen TV with access to the full guest bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 1 full and 1 twin bed and includes a flat screen TV, plenty of storage space and en suite bathroom. A full size stackable washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

The condo has a well-equipped kitchen and paper & toiletry supplies are ample. Beautiful condo. We were unable to get the cable TV in living room to work on a Saturday. Management was notified and a technician showed up quickly and resolved the problem. We will stay here again in the future.

Condo was perfect for our family. Hot tub and facilities were great. Could not beat the shuttle service to Vail. Would definitely rent in Simons Run again.

We liked our condo very much. It was roomy & comfortable. The wifi was plenty fast and it was nice to have a full set of tools available in the kitchen. We (mostly our 7-year-old) were mildly disappointed by the fact that the bunk bed pictured in the Air BnB photos wasn't present, and one of the toilets was a little finicky, but overall there wasn't enough to take away a star.

The condo was very conveniently located to the Lionshead area and the dedicated shuttle service from Simba Run was great. The condo was fine for 4 adults for 3 days but not overly large. Good windows and light and mountain views and kitchen set up. The living room chairs and couch were average. We had issues with regulating heat and one of the baseboard heaters didn't worked and needed repair. We liked the pool, hot tubs, and steam room, which is a much better amenity than other condos we considered. The parking garage was nice to have but $25/day for an extra spot was disappointing. Overall, the location and condo met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay.

Jim, it was a pleasure working with you. We apologize for the discomfort regarding the heaters, but are happy we were able to repair them during your stay. Unfortunately, we are only allowed one parking space per unit and if you are in need of additional parking, you have to go through Simba Run directly. We enjoyed this condo, it was clean and the resort had a pool and jacuzzi along with coffee in the am. The resort also "stored" our luggage and had locker room showers so we could ski even after checkout. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed in unit 2302. The unit was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately our visit was not for pleasure (surgery) yet the condo was perfect for our needs. We had to contact maintenance upon arrival (late night) and they responded immediately and resolved the issue. It was clean, comfortable and we could not ask for more. Look forward to returning under better circumstances.
