This beautifully remodeled Fall Ridge condo is conveniently located near the Vail Nordic Center and Golf Course and a short drive or bus ride to Vail Village. Upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available accessible. One covered garage parking space is available with this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked in one of Vail's Public Parking Garages.
You’ll be delighted with the modern mountain decor throughout the home and enjoy the layout, finding the living, dining and kitchen as one open space. The living room features a flat screen TV and electric fireplace and access to the patio with amazing mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a breakfast bar with seating for 4, so dining in is a pleasure in this vacation home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a holiday dinner.
When the day is done, retreat to the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed or the queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. Both rooms feature a flat screen TV and have access to separate bathrooms just steps from their doors.
This lovely condo sleeps 4 in 1 bed and 1 sleeper sofa comfortably. Please note that this unit is on the first level with elevator access.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
