iTrip was incredible to work with. Very responsive about rental and upcoming reservations prior to visit. The check in process was incredibly easy and accommodating. Their link to the house instructions is very detailed and very well organized. They are easy to reach at all times of day or night if you need them. Cannot say enough good things!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a little small but well maintained. The corner balcony was comfortable for relaxing and close enough to the beach that it felt like you were sitting right on the sand.

Very nice view from our 8th floor unit to a very nice beach. walkable area. very pleasantly surprised. would come back. pool and spa were great, also with a view. very clean. though. may be better off placing its mattress on the floor

We recently stayed in Steamboat Springs in Timber Run. The property was well appointed, clean and had everything our family of 5 needed. If/when there were issues, the property managers came quickly and dealt with them. The buses were right in the parking lot to take us to the mountain and came on a quick schedule. We were pleased with everything about our stay there.

overall plesant experience. However, although the website states NO ELEVATOR, there are also no ramps just stairs making it difficult to move in and out. There were no instructions for the TV's with 3 different remotes from different providers on all 3 TV's. No local channels. No tables , just bar stools for dining. Over all Plesant experience with great view of Sunrise
