This top floor Pitkin Creek 3 bedroom condo is the perfect alpine haven. Conveniently located less than a 300ft walk to the free Town of Vail bus stop and Sims East Vail Market & Liquor, the only store in East Vail, this condo is the ideal location winter or summer.

Upon entering, you’ll find the open layout featuring the living, kitchen and dining areas. The living room has vaulted ceilings and is comfortably furnished with an oversized sofa, wood burning fireplace, flat screen Sony TV for streaming and Bose sound system. Wall to wall windows showcase amazing views of the Aspen and pine groves, cliff bands and forest that you can enjoy right from the comfort of the couch.

The dining area seats 6 guests, while the fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for 2. A large deck, conveniently located behind the dining table, features a gas grill, seating for two, and breathtaking mountain scenery.

The master and bedroom 2 are located on the main level and each feature a queen bed. The master has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, while bedroom 2 has access to a full guest bathroom just outside the door. The stackable washer and dryer are located on this level for your convenience.

Venture upstairs to find bedroom 3, which features a full over full bunk bed, with a staircase (not a ladder) plus an additional extra long twin bed. The spacious upstairs bedroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, is where all the children will want to sleep.

This property is located just 4 miles from Vail Village and offers easy access to Vail Valley’s world famous skiing, dining, shopping and events. With hiking, snowshoeing, biking and cross country trails just steps from your front door, the location offers something for everyone.

A group of friends and myself had a very pleasant stay here! The location was perfect for skiing and very near to Vail Village with lots of restaurants and shops! The condo was clean and tidy, equipped with the necessities for cooking as well! All in all, a fantastic trip! We would recommend to others looking to vacation in vail!

Comfortable place to stay with plush sofa for lounging after a full day of skiing. It's a quick walk to the Vail bus, which is only a 20 min ride to Vail Village without the steep $30 parking fee. If you need a snack or want to make a meal, there is a small local market on campus, which is a quick 5 min walk from the unit.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed how cozy and convenient everything was. The neighbors were friendly and gave us lots of good tips and having the little market next door was fantastic. The condo more than met our needs and made us feel like we were visiting a dear friend instead of being a guest in some generic condo. We will definitely be back.

Great, spacious condo in a peaceful and beautiful setting. It was convenient to get from the condo to Vail Village without a car since the bus stop is so close. The condo is close to a local market so it was easy to grab food to prepare for dinner on nights we stayed in. The hot tub was a welcome feature at the end of each day. All in all, great and highly recommended!
