Upon entering the home, you’ll find a bright open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining and living room with floor to ceiling windows. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for 2 while the dining table seats 8 guests. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while breathing in the fresh air on the deck with seating for 2. The living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends and includes a gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Retire to the upper level to the private master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. Venture to the lowest level of the home to find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom while bedroom 3 features 3 twin beds, 2 which can be converted to a king upon request, and a full bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall. You will also find the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that the Green and Red Vail bus routes, with stops at Upper and Lower Buffehr Creek (either an approximately 10 minute walk), run more frequently – and later - than the Lions Ridge Loop route (3 minute walk). Depending on the time of day, Green/Red routes run at 30 or 40 minute intervals, and depart the village as late as about 2am. We’re so happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you at our townhome again!
