This is our 2nd year at this location. After our first experience we provided some feedback to improve a fairly positive first year vacation. Our constructive suggestions were addressed and our return visit in 2024 was nothing but positive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this company - they actually listen to suggestions and respond in a positive manner.

We had a wonderful time at Kahana Sunset. When we did venture out, we realized how crowded other accommodations and beaches were. Everyone there seem to be annual visitors, all appreciative of the quiet beach, cleanliness and peacefulness of the resort.

The Bella Mar is a great beach house that is absolutely bigger then it looks in the pictures, it easily accommodated all of my friends with room to spare, the walk to the beach is 2 minutes only and the area was very quiet. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying here to go ahead and book now.

WE LOVED THE VILLA WE STAYED IN, THE ONLY THING I COULDN'T FIND WAS A HAND MIXER TO USE, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SUPER. ALSO THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS BELOW US WAS VERY VERY LOUD.. BUT BESIDE THAT IT WAS GREAT, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PLACE... WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. DORIS CARTER

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location allowed us to enjoy Aspen, Snowmass, and Basalt. The location also allowed us to visit 3 of our children who live nearby. Family dinners, card games, and puzzles were a special treat.
