Great house—love that each room has a king bed with private bath—making it nice for our adult children to have their own space! Top room is perfect for the grandkids! Quick walk to the beach! Perfect little neighborhood! We took the kids to stay at “4 the Kids” and can’t wait to come back!

Captain’s Quarters was the perfect spot for our annual family trip! The house was very clean the perfect size and close by everything we needed! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Easy bike ride to more restaurants and shopping. Great location, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. We had a great time and plan to return!!

We are very pleased with the property we rented. The home has every thing we were looking for. We will definitely tell our friends about this place, if they are looking for property to stay at in the area. The view of the pond is very nice when we are sitting relaxing on the patio. Also the trip to the private beach on the ferry was very nice and enjoyable,

We loved our stay! The condo was so nice. The deeded beach access across the street was amazing! The condo slept 9 people comfortably with plenty of room to spread out! It was clean and we had no complaints. The pool was quiet and hardly ever had people there. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment have everything you will need (except a bottle opener:-) It’s a great location, close to everything and the beach is just beautiful. Kathy from iTrip was great to work with. She was responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use this renting agency again.
