A good private beach house right on the beach

A good beach house right on the beach in South Ponte Vedra. 10 min from Publix, 15 min from downtown St. Augustine. Great decks, star gazing. It’s not a new house, but the house has everything you need, but bring beach towels. They even gave us some coffee grounds and water we needed! Host was responsive. We’d stay there again.

This was the first time since the pandemic started that we were able to get the family together. The place exceeded our expectations. We could keep our boat at the dock, swim in the pool, and enjoy the liana area. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults. The beach was only a 10 min walk too!

If you're looking for a standard beach house in a great location, this is your spot. Public access a 5 minute walk away and a few fun restaurants and bars nearby. You could definitely park your car and enjoy a week here without using it. Our only negative was finding a few dirty dishes put away in the cabinet when we arrived - otherwise, all good.

This is our second time staying in both units on Amethyst and Park Avenue and we Love it! It's beachy and quirky, very shabby chic! Love the patios! Thank you for the fans as the units do get warm with no air conditioning. I highly recommend both units for a family getaway!

The cabin was in tip top shape. Beautiful cabin, beautiful views, annd very close to everything. Our only issue was the inability to sleep in past 7am everyday due to the construction of the cabin being built next door. We wish they would start their day with drilling, sawing, and moving trucks at 8am instead.
