Perfect spot on the water

Spent a week in St Augustine, the house was perfect for us. Located on the water, has its own dock, we parked our boat there for the week. House has a nice vacation feel to it. Older house, updated in the right places. Absolutely nothing to complain about, other than time went by too fast. Will look to book here again.

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and relaxing. Everything you needed was provided. Close to restaurants and lots of activities. I loved my relaxing morning walks to the beach through the picturesque neighborhood. And this home is in the perfect spot if you want to go to the gym or the Spa. It's a real gem.....can't wait to return!!!

Wonderful Fall Get Away

Had an absolutely wonderful stay this past week at Las Brisas 208. The condo was wonderfully decorated. This is the first condo that we have stayed in that supplied plenty of linens. This is our first stay at the Las Brisas and we would definitely return! Thank you for letting us rent this condo.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, all you do is cross the street and you’re on the beach. Beds were super comfy and everything in the house is updated. Kids LOVED the private pool. House had all the floats, beach chairs, a cooler, a pop up shade tent. There was nothing you had to bring for a day at the beach or by the pool. No doubt we will book here again.

We enjoyed this property in Folly Beach. It is a convenient walk to restaurants. The screen porch and deck offer great views of the marsh. We enjoyed spending time on both, even in the heart of summer. We appreciated the communication with property management. Very helpful and welcoming!!! Plenty of dishes and towels were provided. Lots of space. We definitely recommend it!
