Beautiful mountain location, views everywhere. Great dog friendly space, nice place to walk the dog. Short, lovely drive to Steamboat. Comfortable, rustic cabin feel inside with wonderful king bed and lots of space. Friendly host A great getaway!!!

Excellent location, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Little House beautiful and fully cleaned, comfortable and equipment with everything you need for your staying there. Company renter so communicate and responded right away. We will come back again.

Location perfect, layout of home is great for reunions (everyone has own bathroom), place was sparkling clean when we arrived! Property managers very responsive. Kitchen well stocked and appreciated the starter toilet paper/paper towels/soaps. Just note there is no elevator and parking under the house was very narrow.

Need to upgrade the kitchens and bathrooms. Stove doesnt work well. BBQ grill only one burner worked. No lids for pots and pans. Bathrooms need an update as well taller vanity and stable toilets. Each room should have a tv and AC. Supply of games in the room would also be nice. We loved being right on the beach and we would return but hope that you guys would consider some upgrades.
