The condo was very neat and clean when we arrived. It is updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking meals. It's close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We always enjoy our stay here!

Our place was beautiful and fully stocked and the Lift is perfectly located as ski in and ski out. The service from itrip was east and seamless and the communication comprehensive. Overall an awesome trip. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely love this condo! It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is larger than most condos we've rented too. Garage parking is a definite plus! For us, it's also right down the street from our friends home so very convenient as well. We would definitely recommend this place and we'll stay here again too!

Ashore Thing was perfect for out trip. We took 10 seniors for Spring Break and they had a blast. They were able to walk to the beach, The Hangout and so many delicious restaurants. The deck was a perfect addition to the living space. I loved that it was a corner lot. They are already planning a summer trip back here!

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, great view on the Intercostal. Stocked with beach towels in the room. There were beach chairs and toys in the common area by the pool that were first come first serve. Nice location next door to the Publix grocery store and a less than 5 minute walk to the beach.
