I highly recommend this condo. It was clean and very nice. The only minor complaint would be there's no balcony. We did miss siting on the balcony listening to the ocean, but the patio area is nice and our stay was awesome.

This location is outstanding on pass a grille beach... it's was spacious enough for the 4 of us & directly across the street was beach access. The pool in the back of the complex was an added bonus. They supplied us with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper,& hand washing soap etc. I was more than pleased with our stay and plan to book this location in the future.

We loved our stay here. We had 2 complaints the 5 days we stayed. First the t.v. remote didnt work for the t.v. and second there was cockroaches in the condo. Other than that, our stay and visit in myrtle beach and surrounding areas was great. We would rent again if roach problem was taken care of.

Stayed at 408 Sea Breeze four nights on a vacation with three other buddies. Couldn't have had a better time! Condo clean, everything we needed, and the view as well as beach was awesome. The location walking distance to John's Pass for food and drink was just the ticket. 408 Sea Breeze met every expectation. Thanks itrip!

Our original stay was scheduled for May and then Covid hit. David was very accommodating in changing the dates of our stay. The home is described as a cottage and reminds me of a New England Cape. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and charming and very close to the beach and historic St. Augustine.
