Nice house; location wasn't ideal for us

The house is very nice, clean and well equipped, and we enjoyed the pool. Tennis courts at the Lifestyle Center were also great. We didn't like having to go through the main gate every time we entered or exited the resort community - it was inconvenient and occasionally there was a long line up to get into the property. The wifi was also quite unreliable.

Great balcony with great view of ocean! iTrip vacation rentals provided great communication, responding quickly to my text messages about our condo on Madeira Beach. I will be using iTrip again in the future to rent condos on the Tampa beaches.

Our trip to folly was amazing, the house had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable. Had no problem with the WIFI and the view was breathtaking. Could not ask for a better house. I just highly recommend to bring extra mosquito repellent !

Great stay-- excellent location near Main St and the condo was comfortable and furnished with everything we needed (including fans for warm summer afternoons). We loved walking to local restaurants and to get coffee.

The house was very tidy and comfortable. The pool was very clean and at a very good temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and kitchen ware. Overall this was a very beautiful home and I recommend it. The owner and staff were very polite, prompt and helpful with anything we might need.
