We've always enjoyed the south beach property. Great view, heated pool, activities and a boardwalk. Trolley is free out front for travel. This particular condo is overdue for upgrades. Furniture is old, bed sags. Bed sheets are paper thin. Floors need replaced or cleaned better. Dust buildup on vents, doors. Overall we love the location and property but this unit needs an upgrade.

Very clean, updated, lots of appointments, very comfortable beds and lots of hot water in the showers. Jacuzzi was great. Shuttle great, though slower response at end of the ski day which I suspect was due to staffing issues

Enjoyed our stay in Unit C122. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Very clean. The property managers are engaged and responsive, but not obtrusive. We especially liked the views of the river from the windows and porch. Keeping our boat conveniently in the marina was great fun.

This was a girls getaway for our group that has been friends for 36+ years. The 5 of us had plenty of room to stay comfortably. We loved how close it was to Publix & the beach. Walked everywhere! Water views from both balconies & very roomy!

Just had a fabulous few weeks with out 3 adult daughters at this wonderful home. Great location and amenities. Outdoor/indoor space was perfect and we loved sitting out on the dock for morning coffee and sunsets!! So close to the beach and so easy to go for a long or short trip. Hope to be back!
