This place served all our needs. Quaint, cozy, comfy and affordable. The only complaint I have is there was not one.single.hanger in the whole condo. Please put hanged in the rooms so we can hang our clothing. Also the cleaners knocked on the door at 9:30am although our checkout was on 10. Other than that, I’d definitely stay again.

Great Rental in Tequesta!

We had a group of friends coming into town to visit and wanted a place close to our house for them to stay. This was perfect!! Everything was easy from start to finish. They were able to easily get us an early check-in, left us wine and chocolate, super clean, etc. Happy to have this rental so close for the future!

I would highly recommend this place. The apartment is clean, it has a balcony with great view on the pool and the beach, it also has a parking spot. In the apartment we found all we need, from towels, beach chairs, pool stuff to plates and other kitchen appliances. The location is great, with many walk in distance restaurants. Myself and my family would love to come back here very soon.

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs and at River Rock Cabin. The amenities were top notch. The outside area was so relaxing with a fire pit, new grill and a hot tub. Inside the playroom was enjoyed by the grandkids while we relaxed in a cool house. We will definitely be going back.

My stay at Folly Beach

The condo at Folly was perfect for me. I was staying by myself and it allowed access to all the city going-ons just outside the front door. A block or two down was shore. It could accommodate a small family in the living quarters but would best be used as a base with most of your time spent out and around. By way of endorsement, I plan to stay there again next year if it's available.
