We had a nice stay. We have stayed at the Phoenix before and we love all the area has to offer. We do have 2 complaints about 1215. The floor was not clean and the soiled recliner. The beautiful floor did not show dirt but the bottom of the kids feet sure did. We avoided sitting in the recliner. For our money we paid we we were disappointed. Thanks for the opportunity to give a review.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Our family used this property for our annual Thanksgiving holiday gathering. We were 4 couples, 2 children and 3 dogs. The house is so roomy and well maintained. The location also provided a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions.

Perfect location near town and the ski resort, very clean wood floors, sweet rugs, amazingly quiet, perfectly equipped kitchen! comfy bed - my husband and I found this apartment just so lovely and so easy to reach that it felt like home.

Wonderful beach home

Limoncello is a beautiful, spacious home on a quiet neighborhood. A quick walk to the pool and beach. It has everything you could need, except for any beach items. Beach service was easy to coordinate. I had to reach out to the management and they were quick to respond to my needs. I highly recommend this home.

Mamma’s house stay was relaxing

We had a wonderful four days here following a hectic wedding weekend. We had two different families and the house had lots of room. Bryan and Lottie were very accommodating and allowed us early entry. The house has everything you might need and was so close to the nearby attractions. We all enjoyed our stay here.
