Always a pleasure staying here. We are a family friend to the son in law whose parents own the condo. The condo is in a fantastic place with Miramar beach being a premier panhandle beach. Itrip does a great job maintaining the condo. Always squeaky clean.

My family and I had the most wonderful time at the Now and Zen Beach House! The home was well-appointed and the hosts were quite attentive! We rented a golf cart for a few days and were able to keep/charge in the garage. Pet friendly too! Grab a glass of wine or a beer and sit out on the balcony to catch the ocean breeze. Just lovely! We'll be back again. Thank you, iTrip!

Our family chose this location due to its proximity to Shipyard Ball Park, beaches, downtown Charleston, etc. This home lived up to our expectations! Beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet and felt safe. This home had everything we needed for our stay. Short walking distance to many restaurants, Shem’s Creek, etc. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been staying in the Grand Pavilion homes for the last five years and this one was the best! Not only is it updated and tastefully decorated, it was so well stocked, every bed was very comfortable, and truly had everything you could need. Pet peeve in rentals is no hooks or racks in the bathrooms.. every bathroom had plenty!

Spent another wonderful March and April in this lovely home. I can't say enough about the management companies professional, accommodating service and the courteous consideration of the home owner. Siesta Key is paradise and being able to enjoy all it has to offer in this very special property is a gift. Thank you so much and look forward to my return in 2024. Marilyn Miller
