Great hospitality- clean and beautiful!

The house was in perfect shape when we arrived- there was a snowstorm happening all weekend for the wedding we were attending and the team from ITRIP was the best. They helped me locate the snow plowing person and answered any question promptly! Carla went above and beyond to make the stay perfect for me and my guests.

The Golden Townhouse was perfect for our group of 9 family members in town for a family wedding. Very clean and very convenient to downtown Golden. Bryan was great to work with. Enjoyed walking downtown and the close proximity to breweries, trails, and of course the wedding venue. :) Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great and the house was perfect for our group of 4. House was very clean, beds were ultra-comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked, and had a nice welcome gift waiting for us (wine, sparkling water, fresh fruit and breakfast pastries). Loved being able to walk to South Congress where there were shots, bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place.

What a wonderful place to stay! Cozy, comfortable, and only blocks away from the beach, a great breakfast spot, and a decent pub! Cory was very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed to have a great weekend. I very much recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet weekend away or a fun trip with friends/family!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in excellent condition and the views were amazing. Fripp Island is a great place to visit. The beach is very nice and Hunting Island state park is very scenic. There are two golf courses and plenty of activities in and around the island. We look forward to returning for another visit!
