Fins Up is the cutest beach house and it actually looks like it does in the pictures! Great view of the ocean sitting on the front porch and having a private pool was the best! Everything was very clean and the decor was great. Kitchen was stocked with good pots and pans, just bring all your tp, paper towels, detergents and so on. Can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean, had all the supplies you would need and everything was in perfect working order. We felt at home and our kids loved the property. The only thing I’d suggest is that if you travel with small kids beware of the pool since there is no child lock on the doors. Otherwise, it’s a great space to relax and enjoy. Thank you!

Really nice stay! Came into a well lit room with an inviting bottle of wine to pop open. Beds were clean and comfy; bathrooms were well kept and spacious. Thanks for the lovely stay! Will be sure to try and book this stay again.

We totally enjoyed every moment of our trip here, the house is fabulous. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and yet very close to the beach. A very nice and peaceful neighborhood. We will return next year. I enjoyed talking and texting Scott the owner also., a great person to rent from. Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at 283 Deer Blvd! The itrip representatives were extremely helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of for our stay. It was in a perfect location to get to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The hot tub was perfect for our group after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend this rental!
