The Penthouse was FABULOUS. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach and also enjoyed the view from the porch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, as was the kitchen. The welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The hosts were readily available when questions came up.

Our stay was wonderful and all the facility was great. There are plenty of pools for the guest and it was very family friendly!! Check-in and out was simple and condo had everything needed for the stay.

This past week was a return trip for us to Seascape 1 and we still loved it just as much as ever. Such close proximity to the beach, quiet street, safe neighborhood, great restaurants, fantastic pool! The inside space also perfectly fits our needs for a family of 5. It’s clean, well laid out, and easy to understand how it all works. Thanks for another great vacation, Seascape 1!

Our time at Freedom house was awesome! The house was comfortable and worked perfect for us and our kids. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. And were super excited to see there was another en suite downstairs. The kids loved the community pool especially the water slides. We can’t wait to come back every summer!

My family had such an incredible stay at our extremely clean, equipped rental. Had just about everything you could think of. Pool was right next to the rental, 5 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute drive to restaurants, shops and more! Would definitely recommend. Did I say it was CLEAN?? Fantastic rental would highly recommend.
