The Palms 410 is in an excellent location next door to a Publix supermarket, just across the street and a block away from a public beach access & the start of the Treasure Island beach trail. The patio was the highlight of the apartment, with fairly comfortable but worn furniture and a peaceful view of sunrise over the intracoastal waterway. We normally prefer oceanfront and the sound of waves breaking on the shoreline, but we really enjoyed watching the wildlife and boat activity on the intracoastal. It was so quiet that we could easily hear the exhalations of the dolphins who would cruise the opposite shore daily! The management company (iTrip) was very organized and reached out several times pre- and post-check-in to ensure we were prepared and everything was in working order. The photos on the website were accurate. The only reason that I would not give this property 5 stars is that it just wasn't equipped or furnished as well as many of the luxury 5-star properties we've rented in the past. Everything worked, but the finer touches were missing. Details were of the type we've seen in an investment property rather than top-shelf (most light bulbs have been replaced with blue-ish florescent "curly-cue" light bulbs rather than equally-efficient warm-colored LEDs, plates and bowls were just enough to supply dinner for 4, the outdoor furniture was corroded & seating pads were thin and faded, additional amenities like dishwasher and laundry detergent were not included, etc.). Please don't misunderstand: This property is an excellent value and I think was 100% as-represented. However, we typically rent VRBO properties where the owners keep the properties extremely comfortable for themselves rather than just to rental standards, and 410 at the Palms was just not quite at that 5-star level.

Mixed feelings about this apartment. The sitting room is tiny and whilst it was fine for 2 people it would be a stretch for 4. Two adults and two children would not work because the childrens bedroom would have access to the balcony 4 floors up. The elevator was the slowest I have ever known and really prevented us from going down to pool area, shame really.

Great time sitting and enjoying family time. Perfect location! Morning coffee on the patio watching the boats on the inner waterway. The beach was right across the street, grocery store next door, Walgreens and liquor store 1 block away! Quick lyft rides to St Pete and St Pete beach. Quiet condo- clean, neat and closet full of beach accessories. Joey the maintainance man was super helpful regarding places to eat. Would stay again,

Where do I begin?? This condo went above and beyond my expectations. The view is incredible. With views of both the bay and the ocean, it was perfect. The enormous porch will plenty of furniture was perfect to watch the dolphins swim by on! I spent almost every single morning and night out there enjoying the view! The actual condo was perfect for my group of 4 adults. The couch was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on! The beds were comfortable and just fine. I loved that there was a stocked closet with beach goodies AND a blanket to snuggle up on the couch with! The bathrooms were beautiful. It was as if we were in the Caribbean with all the comforts of home. The unit is perfectly located and I absolutely cannot wait to return. The pool was gorgeous and all of the other guests of the palms were friendly and fun to be around! I will be booking this unit again, just as soon as I figure out how!

Loved the pool and the fishing dock. Beach across the street and easy access. The view was amazing and got to see dolphins daily and even a few manatees.

Perfect from the moment we signed the agreement form to unlocking the door to our condo. Views are spectacular. Beach such an easy walk and the pool was refreshing with that beautiful view. Publix grocery store is right next door to get all your weekly food/beer/wine supplies. Condo had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and relaxing.

The palms is in a great position for beach, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good and having a publix next door is very convenient. We would stay in the palms again but not 410, ten seats that had seen better days was not necessary where a table to seat four to have a meal or drink and a couple of easy chairs would have been more comfortable.

Loved the condo. Second time down to Treasure Island and first time at this condo. Two words - The View!! It truly was amazing seeing the sunrise in the morning off the bay and seeing all the lights at night with the breeze on the balcony to the fun treat of seeing dolphins playing as well. Great having Publix next door, beach across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. Even with all the rain and a tropical storm passing through, it was a great vacation. Very easy to reserve the condo and iTrip was quick to answer any of my questions. If we vacation down in Treasure Island again, we will plan our trip when this condo is available. We wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

This was our second year staying at 410 Palms. We can't express more strongly what a beautiful view exists from the huge porch off this unit. We loved the unit and have absolutely no complaints. We were directly above the pool and hot tub and noticed the hot tub was getting yellow. Maintenance was on it in an hour. Also needed maintenance for the front door and they were there in less than an hour. The area has so many things to do and we had a wonderful time. Both bedrooms had gorgeous views as well and you can see the gulf as well as all the intercoastal waters. We will rebook again in 2 years for sure.

We recently completed a 10 night stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo was perfect for us, with great views, nice pool and hot tub, and everything inside clean and in great shape. The area is great, with a grocery store right next door and a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk across the street.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was better than we expected. The view off of the balcony was amazing. We loved the breeze that the sliding glass door would give you. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The girls enjoyed having their own space and tv to relax after a day of pool and beach fun. Having the grocery store right next door was a blessing...took 10 minutes maybe to grab something if you needed it. The close proximity to the beautiful beach was awesome. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of our vacation! Thank you for sharing!!

Had a wonderful stay at 410 - Palms of Treasure Island. Roomy and clean condo, enormous balcony overlooking the beautiful bay; comfortable bed, amazing pool and TV with great reception. Guest bathroom shower stall is a bit clogged and needs Drano, but that was the only hiccup. Location was excellent, right next to Publix. iTrip made the booking process simple and convenient. Loved this trip; definitely a favorite!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Treasure Island at the Palms of Treasure Island unit 410. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out as it was very large, big enough to seat 8 people plus it extended out past the other balconies giving a beautiful panoramic view of the intercoastal waterway. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc.... We took advantage of the rental offer for kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and grills that the condo complex offered for $79.00 for our entire week. The unit came with, beach chairs umbrellas, beach towels and coolers which we used as well. We will be back next year if it's available.

My son, a couple of his friends and I stayed in unit 410 this past Labor Day weekend. It was awesome. The unit is nicely furnished and spacious. What I loved the most was the extended balcony overlooking the intercoastal and pool area. The pool is really nice as well as the jacuzzi. The beach was right across the street which we loved. The water was nice and warm that I did not want to leave. The entire condo is well maintained so we had no issues whatsoever. As far as the area, Publix is right on the corner and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You must go to St. John's Pass. Its great for people watching, eating and shopping. We had a great time and will definitely return next year.

This was the fourth time our family has come to Treasure Island but the first time we'd stayed at unit 410 in The Palms. We thoroughly enjoyed it. You can't find a more convenient location on TI, especially for the price. Terrific balcony plus nicely sized unit overall. We will try to return in the future, I'm sure.
