We really enjoyed our stay in this updated house. It was close to everything but still quite and relaxed. We were able to wake up and enjoy our coffee on the screened in porch before fishing in the canal. We ended the days playing Fooseball and multiple other games. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and welcoming studio. Small, but has everything you need. Great for 2 people who spend most of their time outside. Cute pool area in the courtyard. Conveniently located a block away from beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The elevator was an extra bonus, especially with carrying the luggage and groceries up to our room! When we first arrived, other visitors weren’t parking correctly, but that is not the fault of the owner. Definitely would recommend to others. The room also has been updated some!

Our 3 night in this 2BR villa was nearly perfect. We’ve rented over 15 Kiawah homes/villas and this one checked all the boxes….location, views, cleanliness, and decor. Only complaints are both cheap/easy fixes: upgrade the toilet paper and provide coffee filters (this one was a first for us). Otherwise, this rental was about as good as it gets on KI for a family of 3-4.

Sully’s by the Sea is a comfortable, modern, spacious home. Extended family stayed for a long weekend for a wedding & it was perfect. Everything was clean, all the beach gear was super handy & the kitchen had everything you could want. I highly recommend.
