This was a great condo! It was right on the beach. It was clean and quiet during our stay. Everything we could have needed was supplied for us. The beach was never crowded. My family had a great time staying here. Already looking forward to coming back.

The condo is clean and met all of our needs. There were five members in our family from age 15 to 66 and we all had a wonderful time! Beautiful views and we will definitely return. ITrip did a great job with the reservation and keeping us informed of the details. Thank you.

We have been staying at San Carlos for the last 4 years. This was our first stay in 303. Perfect location, well decorated and maintained. Plenty of room for dining in for 8. The only suggestion I can come up with is maybe another chair or 2 on the balcony. The wrought iron table and chairs were not too comfortable or "beachy". This is a minor issue. Overall, we would certainly return to this unit.

Small rustic cottage directly on the beach. We have spent the last five winters , Jan. and Feb. in this lovely cottage and have enjoyed booking with Itrip. Plan on spending many more winter with are friends at this location.

We stayed at Ocean Pearl the last week of June 2019. We couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations. The place was perfect for the 7 of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were specular!! Restaurants were close, convenient and good! It was a fun and relaxing week!
