This property is perfect: spacious, well-appointed, comfortable furnishings, comfortable kitchen with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub are delightful set in large patio with adjacent to a par five on Palmer course. Distance from tees is between first and second shots so we had no issues with golf balls on the patio. We have happily booked for next year.

This was our first experience with this property management at Symphony unit 38. The check-in process was efficient, smooth and effortless. Wish all management companies operated this way. Maps readily available and questions were quickly responded to. Well done, staff!

Condo had enough space for our family. It was convenient to the beach but no real on the beach feel. When we had an a/c issue it was quickly fixed. Great service. The down side would be the cleanliness of the unit. It needs a good deep clean. But otherwise it worked well for us. Good proximity to food and drink and such a beautiful beach. Thanks for some awesome family memories.

Lovely clean well appointed home in quiet safe neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. We drove to several beaches nearby. All were nice. Historic st Augustine is delightful with lots of history and shops. We explored Anastasia nearby and loved the beaches there too. Perfect vacation for a family, couples of all ages and two older women like us!

Perfect location, right in the middle of the Village and Stickney Point! Loved that our unit was right next to the smaller (less crowded) pool! Accommodations were excellent, everything we needed and more. So quiet, even though you’re right next to the main road — very convenient. We loved our two week stay and would come back for sure!! Thank you!!
