Great Home in a Great Location

Comfortable home in the middle of the Island. Nice neighbors and off street parking. House was clean and kitchen was stocked. Our favorite part of this home was underneath. Rocking chairs and picnic tables made the underneath area very relaxing!

Condo has magnificent view. Condo could use table lamps in living room. Mirrors in bedrooms. Better lighting over kitchen table. Very bright mornings in master bedroom. Could use blinds. Has Comfortable beds. Plenty beach toys. Comfortable furniture. Property manager -on site- was prompt and very personable. Eager to help.

2 problems. In summer (Aug) there was no way to adjust the thermostat so it was hotter inside than outside (couldn’t find it anyway) so we were forced to open windows and use the provided fans. We did not expect AC, but it was not clear if we were getting heat. The shower curtain rod in the master bath is a simple (cheapo) type and fell 3 times. A better more solid solution would be better.

Exactly as pictured. Watched dolphins everyday from the balcony, and spectacular sunsets. We were looking for something affordable and private on the beach, and this fit the bill exactly. Had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Recommended to friends already.

Efficient and prompt response to all communications. Condo was exactly has advertised. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Condo location is definitely ideal. It is an easy walk and you'll appreciate that if you're going to stay anytime during the high season.
