1. Beautiful, clean house, inside and out!2. Centrally located, near the beach, great places to eat, shopping, movies, grocery, ABC, etc.. (less than 5 minutes to all)3. Large, furnished kitchen3. Bathroom for every bedroom.4. Secure area; safe neighborhood, garage for parking5. Quiet area, no noise during day or night.A wonderful place to ring in 2020! (weather was awesome)

We have had an awesome time on Isle Of Palms. September is a perfect time to come. No crowds and glorious weather. Ocean Pearl was the icing on the cake. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate and so relaxing.. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The beach is great and it is so close to Charleston. We will be back!

Everything was really nice, the unit is well laid out and comfortable, clean and well stocked. My only concern was that the front door was a bit difficult to open and close, and when we thought it was closed from inside, it really wasn't secure, and our 20 mos old baby feel back and hit her head on the concrete...other than the front door challenge, it was a 10/10. We would go back again.

This beautiful home was everything we were looking for to enjoy 4 days in the area for a wedding. It is only two blocks from the beach, and came with all of the amenities we were expecting. There are so many restaurants and shops along the main road, which is just one block away. We will definitely rebook here the next time we vacation to the area! I already want to go back!

Had a great trip to park city with my fiancé. I hadn’t skied since I was a kid and got a free rental with booking the condo. Condo very close to 2 bus stops to the mountain. Condo clean and comfy, hot tub nice after a day on the mountain!
