The spacious, two level, four bedroom, two and a half bathroom single family home is situated on about half an acre, but it feels like much more as it affords a vast amount of green space and privacy from neighbors.
The spacious and recently remodeled interiors are both stunning and immaculate, spread out on two levels. The roomy main level highlights include fabulous flooring, fixtures and finishes, as well as alluring lighting and lots of windows, and offers an abundance of sensational natural light.
The superbly-designed, fully stocked kitchen features Thermador® stainless steel appliances, including a top of the line four burner gas range plus griddle. It also has a fantastic farmhouse sink, magnificent quartz countertops and everything you will need to cook a meal.
There are numerous main level options inside and outside to sit, relax, eat, drink and more. In the living area, kick back on the sofa, love seat or lounge chair and while warming up by the gas fireplace and taking in an amazing view of Howelsen.

The living area also offers an office area, complete with a sizable desk and comfortable chair. Combined with his speed WiFi, this makes The Boulevard in Old Town perfect for your remote working needs.
There is more outdoor seating and dining on not one, but two separate decks. One has an outdoor dining table, chairs and an umbrella, along with the gas grill. The other deck has an Adirondack chair and an Adirondack rocker and the aforementioned scenic vistas.
The main level also has a powder room and mud room including shelves, hooks, a bench and is ideal for your coats, boots and more.

Highlights include a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic® mattress, flat screen smart tv, a huge walk in closet with a large dresser and tons of shelving and hanging space, and an incredible private bathroom with dual vanities, a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.
The downstairs, which is at street level, is where you will find the second living area, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and more outdoor living space.
The large living area is an inviting space to unwind, complete with a sectional sofa and large flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite shows, movies and sports. There is also another dining table and chairs, a perfect place to play a game or do a puzzle.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
