The room was very nice. Had some trouble with cable service going out twice but was fixed by staff at condo. TV works but has seen better days screen a little milky and frame cracked. Had some ants but found some bug spray under the sink that took care of problem. The toilet was very hard to flush. Despite all things stated above, this gets a 5 star review!

Awesome property, very clean, well maintained. Staff is awesome and will or can handle all any issues. All amenities of home. Owner has provided excellent cooking utensils and more than adequate pot and pans. Overall 5 star rating for I trips and staff.

Great Beach Getaway!

Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. Didn't even need a car with all the nearby places and free shuttles! Itrip is always so responsive and helpful. Just a text away if we needed anything! Thanks for a great vacation!

This house was perfect for our family. It exceeded all expectations. The house is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and five minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The house is large, well appointed, and super clean. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful. You can tell they take pride in the house. We will return.

We were in town for a family wedding, this condo was everything the pictures and video show. It was beautiful, clean and cozy. The view was great. We had the opportunity to use the complimentary day passes for the Avon Recreation Center and we had a great time there too.
