When staying at our Tamarack condo you will truly enjoy the refurbished modern feel of this home, convenient access to the pool and hot tub, complimentary parking, and 150 yards to Base Village shops and restaurants, the Kids' Adventure Treehouse, and Snowmass Ski School. Our two story condo features an open downstairs floor plan, gas fireplace in the living room and upstairs master bedroom, washer and dryer and gas grill. With many new updates and all the amenities of a private residence, this Tamarack condo offers incredible value and an unbeatable location in Snowmass. With the easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, restaurants, activities, and public transportation, this property is ideal for larger families, two families sharing 1 condo or a group of friends traveling together.

In the summer months you will be warmed by the sun shining on the patio, where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while grilling a hearty mountain dinner. Just a short walk away, you can gain access to the Elk Camp Gondola which will whisk you up to the the Lost Forrest which offers an alpine coaster, zip lining, ropes course, fishing, dining and more. In winter you will enjoy relaxing on the sofa in front of the fireplace, watching the snow fall outside and listening to your favorite music on the Sonos sound system. With the convenient access to the pool, hot tub, ski lifts, restaurants, shops, mountain biking and hiking trails, and complimentary parking (maximum 2 vehicles) your stay in our Tamarack home is sure to be an enjoyable one!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Nice stay in a cozy spot

After we finally located this town home (its door number is not obviously consistent with others...but it's next to the hot tubs and pool) we moved in and got settled in the very clean home, with a well appointed kitchen. (We had to request more cups, salad plates and stool for the table to accommodate our 8 guests , but this was quickly provided.) Bedrooms and bathrooms were tight, except for the Main Bedroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom was noisy at night, when any movement (walking, flushing toilet, etc. ) from upstairs could be heard. No place for recycle in the outdoor space marked "Trash and Recycle", so it all went together. Easley parking for two cars, others had to pay to park in the lot up the road. Hot tub pools are very close, with bath and shower, but the water wasn't as clear as it could be, and several had itchy skin after a soak.

Hello, thank you for your detailed review of the Tamarack 29 in Snowmass Village. We love the location near the tubs and the pool and a short walk to the ski lifts across the street. I will take a look at our instructions for finding the condo and update if needed. We have inventoried the supplies in the unit and will make sure this is up to date for future guests. We strive to be available for anything needed from our guests. We cannot control some things like the noisy walls or floors but we will definitely keep a better eye on the shared hot tub and let the HOA know it could be a little cleaner. We really enjoyed the stay it was perfect for our family. We liked the fact that everything was included such as toiletries and bath/cleaning supplies. Location was also great for us to take kids to the lifts. The only thing we would have liked to have was some Christmas decor since it was a week of Christmas. We loved our family ski trip to Snowmass! Unit #29 in Tamarack had everything we needed for 9 people, including space and kitchen items. Rarely have we stayed in a unit with enough cooking items, silverware and plates. The unit was also easy walking distance to lifts, shops and restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing Location and Property

We recently stayed at the Tamarack Townhome unit #29 and it was an amazing property. The property itself was super clean and exactly how it was described in the description and pictures when renting. No surprises here. The community has two hot tubs and a heated pool a couple of steps from the door which are great after a day of skiing. The best part of this property is its location. It's about a 30-second walk into the base of the village and main Gondola for Snowmass. Would 100% recommend and stay here again the next time we come to Snowmass

Autumn in Aspen/Snowmass

We had a great stay this last weekend in Snowmass. Our condo was perfect for all six adults. The hiking trails near the condo made autumn leaf watching spectacular. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in the evenings and the hot tub topped off the day each evening. We had a couple of problems logging into TV channels, but the management company was quick to fix the problems that we were having. We are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition with our family!

Great townhome for up to 8 people. The living area fits everyone comfortably and with a little movement everyone fits at the dinner table also. Very tiny outdoor closet for skis so unrealistic to fit more than 4 pairs. Kitchen is great for cooking in, enough supplies to use. 5 minute walk to village express lift

This townhouse was clean and well furnished. It was steps from the pool and hot tub which is nice when it is snowing. The pool closed at 9 so there is not late night noise. We liked being close to the base village and being able to walk to the lifts or the shuttle to Aspen Highlands. We enjoyed the Sonos sound system. The ski locker only holds 4 pairs of skis. There are no great views but the complex is well landscaped. This townhouse of not directly on main street making it a little quieter. The I-trip team were very attentive and accommodating.

Great unit, great location, great property management

Our family (I, my wife, our son and daughter in-law, and four, two, and one year old grandchildren) had a completely positive experience with this unit on a ski vacation in January 2020. The location is perfect, across the street from the Treehouse children's ski school, within a few hundred yards of the base village with restaurants, shops, and the major base lifts, and an easy walk to a small shopping area that includes an excellent supermarket, a wine, liquor, and beer store, and a very good, very kid friendly pizza shop. The unit is very clean and well maintained, with updated appliances, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and an abundance of towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The kids loved the two gas fireplaces and bunk beds, and having a bathtub as well as showers was very helpful. The hot tubs are generous in size, unusually well landscaped, and a few steps from the front door. The keyless entry system worked great; no need to figure out who holds the keys and has to get home first. Finally, the management team was great. They communicated frequently and clearly, were incredibly responsive to questions and requests, and maintain the unit to the highest standards - we did not have a single maintenance issue. We definitely will stay here the next time we are in Snowmass.

Location is great for getting around the area. We visited in shoulder season so we didn’t use the close access to Snowmass but it looked close and directly across from kids ski school so it would be really convenient for families. The unit is clean with space for plenty of people. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, pots and pans. We were able to make two large meals for a group of 8 people easily. The strength is the great communication from the time of booking to check out. I haven’t stayed in a rental with such great communication. - via affiliate booking engine

Cozy, Well-Stocked Condo in the Heart of Snowmass

What a great find in the heart of Snowmass! We were in town for the JAS Music Fest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is definitely cozy, but the space is well-utilized and we had more than enough room for four adults and two teenagers. We cooked the majority of our meals at the condo, so we thoroughly appreciated that it was well-stocked with the necessary cooking utensils, pots/pans, and basic pantry staples. The grill was a great addition, too! We loved listening to our music over the Sonos speakers while we were hanging out. We also appreciated that there were TVs in every bedroom, so we could retreat to our respective rooms for some much-needed alone time. (This was especially great for the teenagers!) The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the regular shuttle stops, as well as the festival shuttle stops. It is also within walking distance to a great grocery store, liquor store, and other shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location again if/when we're back in Snowmass.

We hosted the bride and her friends for several days at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect as it was centered between the various wedding activity locales. We appreciated the easy parking in close proximity to the unit. We particularly valued the kitchen which was the most well-equipped of any we have ever encountered (even the knives were sharp!). We were able to prepare many wonderful dishes and entertain the groom's family as well as our own with ease. The condo was quiet, the grounds well-kept and we enjoyed a short walk down to the trail along the creek, even spotting a very young elk calf in the underbrush.

We took a family vacation to Snowmass for skiing with our five year old twins. The condo is a short walk to the ski school and convenient to the hot tubs and pool. The condo is well equipped, clean and nicely set up. The management company communicates information needed about the condo well and is very responsive to any questions.

Our visit to Tamarack 29 was great. The unit is smartly designed and well maintained and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 middle school aged children. The unit is close to the lifts and the free shuttle and a short walk to the tracery store. Our only issue (minor) was that the forced air heat was very dry and the humidifiers in two of the bedrooms did not work.

Great place and location for Music Festival

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this townhome unit! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the pool/hot tubs. The location was great with easy access to the shuttle terminal to take shuttle to and from the music festival. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here in late September to see the aspen tree colors. The unit is very nice, quiet, and reasonably priced. Just steps away from the hot tubs and pool. Everything was well cared for. A very short drive to Aspen Highlands for the bus shuttle up to the Maroon Bells. A very easy walk to absolutely fabulous views of these iconic/photographic red mountains. Tamarack only allows for two parking permits requiring additional vehicles to park across the street in the parking facility. Many of the shops and restaurants at Snowmass close the end of September. September gondola rides are only available on weekends in Aspen.

Maroon Bells is one of our favorite spots to spend a day here in Aspen Snowmass, any time of year! Thank you for mentioning the restaurants. We will be sure to leave information in the townhouse regarding specific restaurants that are open in the shoulder seasons so guests are able to know in advance the best choices for dining out. Jeep tours and guided hikes are other great ways to get up on Aspen mountain in September during the week. Great accomodations and location

We visited the Snowmass/Aspen area to enjoy the beautiful sights and try fly fishing. The townhouse was very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. It was very clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. It was stocked with toiletries and best of all coffee! It is steps away from the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed during our stay. It was also just a short walk to the Snowmass "Mall" where we had dinner one night and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. I would highly recommend this townhouse!
